for the the hatchable eggs getting thrown out when they clean the coop: try to incubate it in your sim's inventory by clicking on the egg instead of placing it in the coop yourself! works for me

Hi just discovered this series, I’m loving it! I had the same glitch that you are having with not being able to put infants into the crib and getting stuck to the sims feet. For me I pinpointed the glitch to a broken mod. It was pandasims toys. I hope this helps!
I tried watching a few other people while waiting for a new upload but their pacing or voice over wasn't for me at all. Great job setting everything up and keeping the series fun to watch :) Very smooth voice to listen to as well!

Loving this series! Simsverses has a peasant infant cradle on tumblr that would suit this family (and it works 😊). Also, the hatchable eggs get thrown away when you clean the coop if it’s poor quality. Hope this helps. I can’t wait for the next episode x
@@haylinyy I also had my sim just throw away eggs randomly even if they weren't poor quality. Its quite annoying bc you have to watch them every time they go near the coop

The disappearing hatchable eggs, that happens in my game a lot as well. It is caused by them having a spoil timer even when in the coop, so once the timer runs out they are considered trash when your sims go to clean the coop. My solution is to just have a stinky coop while eggs are being hatched and not clean it during that time :D I like your storytelling a lot, also your game looks very atmospheric. I believe you are using a reshade preset? Could you tell me which one? Really looking forward to more of this series!

Yes, you do a deathroll once your sim has aged up or has given birth to determine whether they survive! And I do hope to one day make it to the newer years, but thank you for your support :)
I'm going to remove a bunch of cc I know I wont need in the decade challenge and put it in a separate folder that way if I want to play a different save I can switch between mod folders. One with current cc and then the other will be all my decades cc.
Very similar to @itsreallyalissa9766, I tried to remove all of my non-medieval cc and be selective with the mods I chose to play with, however I do also think it comes down to how much cc your PC can run! Hope that helps :)

As for the hatchable eggs I have the same problem - after you leave them in the coop, they spoil and your Sim throw them away when they clean it :/
