I like the design. Especially the high inside piece that protects the gun from sweat and also from being bumped by your body rubbing against the gun. It also does a good job concealing the gun.
I have been using there holster for years with my Ruger LCP and a year or so for my P365 and love them. I wish they would come out with weapon light version. I wear my everyday and have never had a problem.
I always buy CYA holsters for my guns or the rounded holsters are nice as well for the price and availability Just bought the same holster for the same exact gun except it’s the tactical version in all black
wait i didn't get a sticker (or patch?!?!) 😢 but it's been working great. even put it in my jeans pocket and works fine there too, but i have a shield plus so it's tiny :)
Funny part about the wing being in between the kydex layers is that the only part of the wing that ever gets snagged is the block part of the wing. Would be better of ot used a dark wing. The best option I've seen is the lever design I've seen on the Tactipac holdsters. Unfortunately they don't sell them separately & have a shot selection for holdsters. The other thing I would improve on this holdster is make more adjustment on how deep you can carry it. I prefer to carry it deeper than it does. Fattac holdsters are the only ones I've seen eith that option & it's one of my favorite holdsters. Again, they have a do do selection.
Just got one today. It seems good for the price but there are some issues. Difficult to reholster depending on the angle. Due to the wing being mounted on the inside, the wing wont stay in position, and will move along the range of adjustment especially if you lower the trigger guard retention Very small cut phillips and flathead screws for retention adjustment, it's been 1 day and mine are nearly stripped out due to slipping screwdriver from shallow recesses. Maybe issue of the specific one I got or issue of the holster for the VP9SK (the one I got) model in general, but the retention was nonexistent from the start. Tightening down the screws for retention didn't help until I completely dismantled it and put them back together. Other than these issues that were and are an annoyance, it works fine. Nice having a metal clip and the wing does its job.
I have the original one. Love it. Best holster and it is a fraction of the cost of others. Service is great. Are these ridge ones made of boltaron like the original ones are?
Been using CYA holsters since 2018 without a problem.
I bet the thicker grommets included loosely in the bag are to preserve proper spacing if you want to remove the wing.

It sure does. All very true

I have one for my glock, just the basic model and love it. Now I have a browning hi power clone and no one makes kydex holsters for them.
got one for the glock 43x. love it
Thanks boss, appreciate the in depth review, subscribed

As far as I know yes
Thanks
Does this holster scratch your slide? Mine is scratching my slide.
Plastic shouldn't be able to scratch metal
I would put some moleskin on the inside. I’ve done that with different holsters I’ve had on the pints where I see the wear
Are these holsters still scratching firearms?
