Send some more Finnish metal band suggestions my way! I love power metal, folk metal, anything melodic. Not much of a fan of like deathcore and black/death metal type vocals, but I’ll still give it a listen just in case. I already have a Swedish band, Indonesian band, Polynesian band, Indian band, Belarusian band, Mongolian band, and 2 bands from Finland already… Battle Beast and Korpiklaani. I need more to add to my playlist. lol
Have had the pleasure of seeing Battle Beast three times over the years here in the USA. Most recently back in May in Atlanta. If you get the chance...GO. They're fantastic to see live. Noora has so much energy and her crowd engagement is fantastic.
I get to see Battle Beast in a few weeks in Manchester UK, and I cannot wait. It will be my second time seeing them, i'm still buzzing from seeing them 2 years ago. They are awesome and Noora is one of the best metal vocalists of all time... 🤘🤘 Noora is usually compared to Dio or Halford. Listen to one of their golden oldies, Black Ninja. It shows off her vocal range and capabilities brilliantly and you'll understand the comparisons to those 2 greats... 🤘🤘
You're right, Battle Beast has the same structure as Sabaton. In fact, did you know that Sabaton covered Battle Beast? Just so you know, the music is called ‘Out of Control’ :p
I fell in to this rabbit hole just after discovering Amaranthe, Dynazty and Beast in Black... they are a powerful and epic band. I'm a huge Warning fan but these guys still have a place in my heart ❤️
Enjoyed the reaction. Saw them live in NY a 3 months ago. I actually went to see one of my favorite bands, Blackbriar, who was opening for them and was blown away by Battle Beast's live performance. Their songs are pretty straight forward power metal but live, they rock so hard and they have so much fun on stage. Since I mentioned it I think you would enjoy Blackbriar a lot. Dutch (another one) gothic/symphonic metal band. Their lead singer, Zora Cock, has the most hauntingly beautiful and unique sound. I would recommend Arms of the Ocean, I'd Rather Burn, and Weakness and Lust as good first listen songs
I saw them in a festival couple of weeks ago and she really is something else. Unfortunately there was some storm level winds earlier in the evening and they had to take down the pyro and the screens for safety reasons. I was in the front row so I didn't need the screens but the pyro would've been nice. The performance of the band was still amazing though, maybe next time I'll get to see the whole show.
Her name is Noora Louhimo, and she's quite epic 😊. As is the whole band. Great finnish metal, more of them please.🇫🇮
The moment she said "make mona Lisa cry" i got chills
It's good to be a Finnish metalhead. We have the best bands in the world, and there are a lot of them :)
I'm from the USA and I agree with you !
I'm from the UK and I agree with you !

Battle Beast is another big gem from Finland!
Hello from Finland. Noora is so great and has nice and powerful voice.

Saw them live last year. Noora is a powehouse! I want to add that from everything I can gather she’s also a heck of a nice person.

If Axel could sing.😂😂😂
Battle Beast is great live! Noora can really sing - and metal is nor her only genre, she also sings blues and musicals...
