I agree that Lisa and Jisoo really stepped up their game in this album. Lisa was really a pleasant surprise. You can feel the emotions from their voice in this song. I would have liked more lines for Jisoo but she really did a great job owning the giving life to the lines she was given.

As you said they all done awesome in this song and it hits you right in the feels especially Jisoo and Lisa, This song finally has shown what they both are capable of but so far not been able to show. Imagine hearing this live in concert.. I think the power and true emotion of this song will then break out and be felt by all in there. My first thought on hearing this song was it is a breakup song. But, the more I listen to it, I am not convinced. I am more leaning towards it is about how each and everyone in the group has been hurt by haters and nastiness at some point. It is saying, yes you have hurt us, yes you have made us cry. But, we will not allow you to see it because we are better than you.
I think for a very long time, YG didn't know how to use Lisa's vocals. Her voice shines most in the lower mid-range. When she sang a duet with Rosé in the christmas special you could hear that she sings really well in that range. In this album, they finally placed her voice in that sweet spot and that's why it shocked everyone how good it actually sounds.

I agree with you the song is so well done, but at moments I do wish they would lay off of some of the reverb and extra effects they add to their vocals sometimes. Their natural voices are so nice, I hope they do a clean live version later on ala Sure Thing cover, or Rose's Sea of Hope series of songs.
