I suggest you start to do some research on Bill Browder and his apparent illegal activities in Russia. Why would a responsible congress pass this law on his testimony when he was convicted of tax fraud by another country. I would think more proof would be needed. It is not often that jurors reach a verdict based upon the strength of a convicted criminal. They usually demand much to bolster it. Why would congress do what no jury would ever do?
