If you start the game and you are in Cap Kingdom if you climb Cap Tower and jump from it you will back in the bubble. Sorry for bad English :P.

also why is the health wheel 1 wheel broken into sixths instead of 2 wheels broken into thirds(during the snow kingdom wall clip near the snow race)EDIT: i later realized this must be from the assist mode
In assist mode you have double health all the time(until you take damage in which case you go to 5 then 4 and so on)
Because when you use assist mode it makes you have 6 health instead of 3.

Actually assist bubble appears on top of top hat tower in cap kingdom if you jump off before fighting Topper
and luncheon kingdom if you go there with the painting before getting there with the odyssey.
that and the warp from luncheon to mushroom, before completing the game, yoshi’s house appears and if you try long-jumping from yoshi’s house to actual peach’s castle, the bubble *pops* up see what i did there 😏 and brings you black to the yoshi’s house platform

There is a roll cancel clip in Lake Kingdom (similar to Snow Kingdom), that let's you explore the whole map from OoB ;)

The kingdoms can't be played in order because there are two times where you choose a kingdom
No matter which you choose first they always come up in an order
I would like to prooove the wooded kingdom should be chosen first over lake kingdomsinc e in post-game if you go to music list you can see that wooded music comes first, secondly painting orders if you crc from night sand to day metro mainland the warp painting will be active and be on lake and since you it should be the one you went to second as if you go to lake first and reach metro normally it will be wooded then obviously you could argue that is wrong because in capture lists cheep cheeps go before uproots but that is still democratically 2-1 for wooded which means wooded should be chosen
@@enrico9963 Wooded kingdom is before Lake kingdom on your save because you chose wooded kingdom first. Lake-Wooded and Snow-Seaside is the "intended" order, however.
9:05 assist mode bubble is also on luncheon kingdom when you visit the kingdom through the warp painting before you get to it with the odyssey just throw yourself from the floating little island and this pink bubble will pop to the rescue, i tried this on other kingdoms but it doesnt work idk why

Metro kingdom is not the only place the assist bubble is used in normal. Painting "sneak peek" areas have them too.
Cap Kingdom OOB glitch fixed(?) in Balloon World update, yet people still place balloons out of bounds. Needs to be fixed, it's unfair for everybody who doesn't know how to get OOB.
Glydon clip and the Cap Kingdom Goomba clip was patched.
Evan S Corner Glydon Clip was patched, it’s still possible but only in certain locations and it can’t be done like in the video
I used to spend way too many hours watching SM64 glitch videos, this video is getting me excited for all the Mario Odyssey ones too *:D*

A few notes:
In Metro Kingdom, the scooter is not necessary to clip into the building there. I find it much easier to just get in that gap as mario, face towards the building, jump, ground-pound, then start a roll immediately upon landing. It always works first try for me. Of course, then you don't have the scooter so it's not AS cool, I suppose. But it is easier.
In Seaside Kingdom, when setting up the collision glitch with the Gushen, it's not necessary to continuously jump on the spot where he respawns, you can just stand on the spot. He respawns low enough that Mario will bounce on him immediately (which is what seems to be the trigger for completely disabling his collision).
The assist bubble was used when i went to the luncheum kingdom through a painting before actually going there in the odyssey

Ik this comment was made 2 years ago, but in my opinion the elytra is better, u can actually fly with it if u have rockets, and controlling the glydon needs some getting used to.
The comment I'm replying to might be a joke so I'm sorry if I ruined it but I don't think it's suppose to be a joke, but IMO elytra is better, it's fine if u think the opposite.
There's actually another OOB area that you can access in the sand kingdom,
In the sphynx i believe you, have to place yourself on the edge left side of the edge of the sphynx and then roll at just the right place.
It is commonly used in speed runs as you can access both the room you have to get to by answering the sphynx and the room in which you get to by jumping rapidly below the sand

On the Metro Kingdom Motorbike glitch, you can also just go behind that railing without the motorbike, jump, ground pound, and then somersault into the wall when you hit the ground. This will clip you through the wall much easier. Just saying. :)
For the last one can you use the time stop glitch to climb the huge tower? If so can you try it out? :)

If you use a painting to get to the luncheon kingdom early, if you fall off, assist mode is also on there so you can’t fall off, even in normal mode
And there is a death glitch as well. Lure the Stairface Ogre (those dudes with those stamp-like hammers) to the white wall, then when he slams down, jump on his hammer, while it is down and facing the wall, and when he slams down again, roll the same frame his hammer hits the ground, and you are inside the wall, falling to your doom. It can take multiple tries, too.
The bubble also appears in Luncheon Kingdom. If you go in the painting to Luncheon from Lake and jump off the bubble will bring you back
there's a BUNCH of new oob glitches, like all the various surface clip, the clips where you crawl against the sleeping dino's toe in cascade, all the various moon clips, and a lot more

I found a way to get to the area where you need to use a tank to blow up the wall in the wooded kingdom before you beat the first rabbit boss. If you climb up the boundary that is behind the odyssey you end up in that area with a few trees and a onion extender guy. well if you go to the corner of that area where there is a stream that leads to a waterfall you can triple jump and then cap jump to make it to that tank area before you're supposed to.
Skidaddle skadoodle your mario is now property of the glorious out of bounds area
I have tried the wet nut glitch on the Huge ice wall surrounding the map, and sadly there is a huge invisible wall extending way higher than necessary. Maybe after a LOT of wet acorn glitching, someone can get over the invisible wall. Interestingly the wall in the seaside kingdom is the same. (I used a regular old gushen off the top of the big cup in the center to fly to the top of the big rock walls to no avail due to the same invisible wall.) The rocks that stick out of the wall in seaside also have no collision that high up. Only the invisible wall has collision. Pretty interesting that the developers put in extra effort to make sure no one got over those walls, considering how glitchy the game is anyways. 😗
It also uses the assisted mode bubble in normal mode when you jump into a painting in Lake Kingdom, go to Luncheon Kingdom from the painting, then jump off the platform.
Fun fact: In metro kingdom, if you use the letter glitch to do the taxi glitch, and you land in a closed building, you can enter the taxis sub-area.
9:10 Actually, it's not. It's also used when you go trough the painting to the Luncheon Kingdom before you have unlocked the Luncheon Kingdom. (The painting takes you to the flying little island in the kingdom)
I tried long jumping from the flying island to the main island, but I got brought back with a bubble.
And if I remember correctly, it also happens when you travel to the Mushroom Kingdom trough a painting in the Luncheon Kingdom. (Yoshi's Home or something like that)
No, the assist mode bubble is also used if you go to a secret path in an upcoming kingdom... i.e lake takes me to luncheon at the beginning, and i tried long-jumping from the floating sky island to the lava, but an assist mode bubble took me back to the platform with the lake kingdom painting
the freezing time glitch only works on versions 1.0 and 1.1
For metro kingdom (to make it easier) all you got to do with out the bike is to ground roll into the wall next to the guy
The platforms off in the distance of Cloud Kingdom may be the first version of the course, where you fought Bowser, and the one you actually visit afterwards is a completely different one.
The first area you come to is the arena dummy!
Found a minor glitch in the cap kingdom. Get a para-goomba and go over to uncle amiibo. Then, keep jumping on the edge of him, and walk off. Eventually, the para-goomba's eyes will go normal as if he wasn't captured!
You can do the Time Stop Glitch in the Wooded Kingdom by leading goombas to the top after breaking the wall and the rocks that have a Mega Shroom

There is a box glitch in metro kingdom. Those 4x4 boxes you find in a lot of places, sometimes on those green stairway thingies, are the boxes which you want to use. The ones on the green stairway thingies, have a small ledge below them, and if you grab onto that ledge and pull yourself up you are inside the rock

In the Luncheon kingdom, if you go to the platform where the painting takes you, idk where the painting is from it might be from the wooded kingdom, anyways, if you try to jump off the platform towards the actual kingdom the bubble thing will take you back to the platform even if you have normal mode on.
the festival isn't the only place on the game who uses de assist mode bubble in normal mode. an exemple: the painting from luncheon kingdom, if you try to jump to the kingdom, you cant because de assist mode bubble make mario return to the painting place.
9:09 getting to luncheon kingdom through a painting early will put you in a bubble if you try to jump off, but no bubble if you've gotten there normally

A few more ways to clip OoB that may make it easier to clip/more places to explore! (Warning, lots of stuff here to read)
In cascade, we have so many ways to get OoB, ofc there's the cloud clip, roll cancel clip, but there's another 2 which can be done early in the game and are easier than roll clipping. On a part behind the bridge, if you get up there before your first moon, the collision is so poor, you can literally jump through the ground. There's another thing which is VERY new as in past few days new, surface clipping (I actually discovered it myself lol, here's an example) twitter.com/Mnyush2/status/947287914874003456 You can basically clip into many places with water + slopes (try these out, easier than roll clipping)
Moving on, you can roll cancel clip into sphinx early, but glydon is a heap easier. In lake, you can surface clip, and roll clip. In wooded, we can roll clip in a ton of places, and there's even a thing called rocket clip (I theorised it'd be possible and syrkl proved it twitter.com/kehzou/status/947754596184686593), but it's odd. Glydon can clip anywhere though, so it doesn't give much of an advantage apart from possible earlier. Moving on, I theorise that if you could somehow get the cloud to bonk you backwards into a platform, you'll be sent flying under the main cloud platforms. The trick is difficult though. In lost, you can sometimes roll through a particular wall... but there's another way which doesn't make you OoB in many places, but looks great. twitter.com/Mnyush2/status/943387812719554560 syrkl managed to use this to get beneath grass on another tree, but not beneath the ground, as you can't go down far enough.
In Metro, we have 2 things. Scooter clipping, and Roll clipping. A scooter clip is using a scooter, find a slope that places you vertically, then accelerate and bonk through the floor. Not much you can do, but you can look around using snapshot mode. In terms of roll clipping, you can do it literally anywhere with a slope here. Railings, stairs that lead to doors, apparently you can do it on green trashcans...simply everywhere. We can clip into every building afaik. In Snow, we have 2 main clips, roll clipping in the town, and surface clipping outside. There's also a really specfic clip here: twitter.com/kehzou/status/947707759893430272
In seaside of course there's the gushen clip, but you can also surface clip pretty much anywhere, as well as one or two roll clips. Fish OoB is something I'm working on. In luncheon, there's pan bro clip and roll clipping in numerous places. Hopefully we can find a clip using turnips. Speaking, of, you can get one oob in the same spot as the pan bro lol twitter.com/Mnyush2/status/948129443339309056 In ruined-moon, there isn't much that's been found, afaik, except that in Bowser's you can clip OoB, using the jizo statues, or using ogres. Both of these end in death, but you can go into snapshot to take a look around. In Mushroom, we can do roll clips, surface clips and scooter clips. In dark side... well, you can grab the pole, jump off while clipped in and use snapshot, and in darker... well, not much to clip into actually.
Well, that was a long read wasn't it? Me, syrkl and some others have been searching for glitches all over, clips included. Some things we want to figure out in terms of clipping: a way to make ledge clip reproducible so it can be looked into further, a way to clip using nuts/turnips, a way to clip through the ground in more places, and more spots where you can squeeze through with a capture (like with the fire bro in the vid, especially with a fish in seaside/lake..), and well...any clip in general! If you have any questions/want to find glitches/anything else, feel free to ask. If you read through everything, good on you.

Writing didn't take too long, this is all from what I can recall myself, as being on the SMO speedrunning discoveries server, you get to see a ton of stuff come through. There were some clips I missed, such as the 'lol just crouch clip' you can do in a few places in Kingdoms, and super recently, Ceiling Detection Abuse clip which is rotating the angle of a capture to clip through a ceiling.

I just found a glitch/exploit/odd thing on accident.If you have moons that you haven’t put into the Odyssey, you can travel through a painting and have those moons count in a different kingdom.Just thought that I’d share!
I think the two platforms in cloud kingdom are in that minigame you played at the beginning of the video.

I think there's also another oob in the cascade kingdom? I'm pretty sure I seen someone doing a minimum captures run with this where you can get the first moon doing it. EDIT: it's the same technique as the first shiveria oob

Also, you don't need to use the scooter to clip inside the building in New Donk City. All you need to do is ground pound, roll, and you should be inside!

in the wooded kingdom, you can use the glydon glitch to go into the metal cage (which youre supposed to access through a painting) i figured this out myself by the way :)

A quick tip: If you use 2 player mode, Mario has infinite (like, the "normal infinite", just like you still had Cappie) Cappie throws when stopping time, even after losing him. (Like, phantom throws. Cappie himself still gets stuck, but Mario can still do the throw animation and get that little extra height)

There is a glitch in lake kingdom with the cheep cheep in the area with the three wooden logs near the underground "city. You get in the cheep cheep go up at the corner and then if you get out you can explore outside the lake kingdom. There's a video explaining it better than me if you wanna check it out

11:03 I've just gotten into running this game, and I don't believe the standard Any% route does the race. Not sure about the other categories though.
Where the pole is on the dark side I found out that the pole is actually goes down forever but it's invisible and u can use that to get inside of the moon area
for Sheveria there is a better out of bounds glitch if you control the racer and go to the slope very close to the wall and keep bounding do a Capps dive and you can explore the map and race track and glaciers and a lot of stuff but their are boundaries so be careful
If you get to cap kingdom at the beginning of the story mode i found that when you reach the top of top hat tower and jump off the edge then you can see the assist mode bubble again skelux

When you were climbing around the building in the metro kingdom and you said that that was the only time the assist bubble was used in normal mode, you were wrong. If you go to the luncheon kingdom via the painting in the lake kingdom, when you try to long jump towards the rest of the kingdom, you get pulled back by the assist bubble
There is another glitch in the snow kingdom by the races you have to capture the champion and then go to the little platform by the other 2 siverians giving you tips on the race, then you go to the corner and go a little apart from the window then bound and jump out of the champion before you hit the beam on top of him then throw your cap and you can get into the racing area

12 : 00 there is a glitch with the big character ( it's the only character able To do the course in ice kingdom ) so , the glitch is on a small part and you have To bouce with him very perfectly and if you are lucky you normally land on the course with only MARIO without the big character !!!
