Hearts of Iron IV is a grand strategy wargame developed by Paradox Development Studio and published by Paradox Interactive. One thing though: you should have sent mountaineers instead of regular inf. Spain is just one big mountain tile so this way its more effective. Other than that, great video!

@@FeedbackGaming I think sending the volunteers to the south of Spain is better, the state of Cordoba is (usually) the first one to lose the Unplanned Offensive debuff, you can send the troops to capture the capital of the state (Cordoba itself) which has a supply hub, encircle the spanish forces there and just push to the atlantic coast, after that you push to the north of Madrid and split the Nationalists in two
North is better because if you can take some of those states the carlists rise up
Yeah, I nearly defeated the Axis once by sending Soviet Mountaineer volunteers to France, Britain, and 1 other country. I was able to cap Italy and hold the Germans long enough for the Allies to naval invade Germany. It was hilarious. I was cheesing the volunteer cap with tons of 1 cav divisions, though.

@@FeedbackGamingat 4:59 you can see the division templates, with at the bottom your good division, and on the right half of the screen your actual divisions pushing the anarchists, those divisions still have the logo of the basic infantry division on the top

Hey feedback you should do a video on like France Britain or Germany using interwar equipment only. So like WW1 design planes and WW1 design tanks, WW1 arty and rifles would be perfect too and for the navy just try to make dreadnoughts and destroyers and WW1 style subs

Division designed with many artillery battalions was never used in Spain.
I'm wondering: is Artillery Only actually viable in the Spanish Civil War? :p
So, is there any way to make the anarchists win? I was playing anarchist Argentina in the Union y Libertad mod and there is a focus to unite with them. The thing is that you can't send divisions and can't send equipment until they almost capitulate.

Spain needs to do relocate the gold reserves to the Soviet Union and also expand for more soviet aid, which I think will happen on historical if the civil war is long enough and the requirements for those focuses are met

otherwise the war would end super fast
Planning could get buffed to give you extra stockpile of supplies. Some mechanics would have to be changed, for example you are allowed to prioritise one front and they will give you extra suppiles while planing, giving you X days for fully supplied when the plan is activated, where X will be larger the longer you plan.
Maybe this could be a russian only thing, with spending command power to give extra supplies on planned assaults or under the Mass Assault Doctrine giving the same mechanic.
