    first time i am acknowledging such a labour oriented work, my god what a chain of work with a lot of laboureres male and female, devoted working . huge labour, never thought that what we purchase the pickle and masala keeping pots are making like this , astonishing facts of real life..................lot of good wishes

      All the pots should be neatly packed in cartons to avoid breakage it is a very hard job. And people should be encourage to use them in houses

    But when it comes to the roadside seller,
    Customer's ( Sometimes pretends to be ) keep on bargaining........they want it for peanuts 🥜......Anyways,Kudos to these skillful and hardworking Labour's 🙏🏼🙏🏼

    I watched the video twice I'm so impressed... it's really funny that here in America we see this as a hobby and we feel like it's just a ball to sit and do all day long making pot after pot that we won't even use.... but we love making them.... don't we ??? and these people are making a living at it .. and doing it with ease and precision.... that Potter's amazing .. he didn't learn that overnight that's a family skill.... I wouldn't doubt it fall those people are related..... y'all are wonderful people...

    This ancient craft should be kept alive, and be given the respect it deserves by introducing pottery classes at the school level.
    Not only will the children learn something useful but they will appreciate the beauty and value of artisinal work.
    I salute these amazing potters. True artists. Every piece is an enduring work of art , and not what those pretenders with their ridiculous installations, pass off as art at Bienalle's in the name of contemporary, celebrated art. These potters have magic in their hands.
    The government should provide them at the earliest, with a structured wage scale, basic housing, clothes , free medical care and free education for their children
    .
    The legacy these humble artisans proudly carry on, is a testament of our ancient culture.
    They , and not the arrogant, globe trotting IT professionals. should be given every bit of financial assistance to ensure for them a stable morrow , for these living legends are the soul of India.

    Now THAT is true labor. So much blood and sweat poured into those pottery. And at the end of the day, everyone may be tired but they sure are proud of what they produced. I watched this with pure joy because I don’t see this type of work everyday. Hats off to these men and women. If you sell in the USA I would be patronizing your business. Thank you for sharing.

    This guy's ability to reproduce near exact replicas is amazing. And the speed at which he does it is astounding. You would think that such precision would only come from a machine.

      @@jerrywhidby. so that if one pot explodes the rest are not damaged. By putting them in a a pipe it protects all the rest. In addition it ensures that the temperature in the kiln can be increased at an even rate. Pottery has been made like this from early antiquity. It is very highly skilled work. Everyone you see understands the process, a kiln that size require a lot of knowledgeable workers.

    Mind you all these pots are baked in a kiln excellent workmanship and dedication hats to our masters keeping this old technique going to this day I personally always use separate pots for salt and tamarind as they preserve these items and enhance the product shelf life better than any other storage unit
