I apologize I'm late to the party, but if you/your viewers ever find yourself in Massachusetts, check out the Museum of Printing in Haverhill MA, they have all sorts of type, presses, casting machines, even computer and phototypesetting. Basically everything you mentioned in the video, the museum has an example. The museum also has an extensive library of books about books, publishing and printing. There are hundreds of books all devoted to alphabets, writing, and typographic design. And if you get the chance, check out the Printing Office of Edes & Gill in Boston, re-creating an 18th century printing office, where Revolutionary documents are replicated and printed on the same kinds of equipment and type as used in the period.

I do know this is a niche topic, and you are probably right. I created this for educational purposes to be used as a background aid in teaching font design. Cheers!
