Based on JPJ & Bowers this past draft was a success. With our high draft pick & cap space we'll be competitive again sooner than later.
Don't forget Glaze
You forgot 3rd round Glaze. Telesco drafted really well
@actionA06 DJ has been solid too.
Decam is looking good too. I know he's only playing due to injury but still.
I hope so bro I have hope every season but this team has sucked my whole life.
Raider Nation since 1967:
My first post here.
Excellent report, Sanjay.
I love how stoked you get when you start talking about JPJ 😂💚
Sanjit. I love your videos. The film ones are great. I love how you know line play. Keep it up.
One thing I like about powers Johnson when the ball is hiked and his pass blocking, he’ll throw the defensive tackle into the other defense tackle for the other team or defensive end of the other teams lineman to give the quarterback a clean pocket that’s just smart football player trying to help his teammates out to make it pass block and easy two birds in one stone you don’t see many Linemen doing that
“A little too physical,” has to be the gayest shit ever said by the NFL. It’s Football.
😂Exactly. Don't even know what that means.
Refs getting mad he bullying their teams starting d line
@enriquegonzalez9895 That's laughable. Who comes up with this bs 😂
Sanjit you are absolutely right about Meredith not as a good 1st string but a nice 2nd string and not really a people mover! Thats why i picked Raiders should draft Ajani Cornelius #65 right tackle Oregon Ducks as a Raider tackle and
Aireontae Ersery #69 left tackle Minnesota Golfers as a Raider guard along with
MICAH MORRIS #56 right guard Georgia Bulldogs people movers!!! What do you think about these guys after watching their film?
Great Job Sanjit , JPJ really impressed me i saw Vita Vea destroyed Jason Kelce last year when the Bucks played Philadelphia. and JPJ kicked Vita Vea ass.
Bruh that needs to be talked about more. JPJ is a menace, I mean the kid looks like a damn school shooter lmao
He’s an animal as a rookie for him to stop Vita Vea like that
I do love your offensive line phone breakdown ST! Seen the film on powers get me so excited going in the next year. Get him a solid garden in the draft and let’s go!
I was waiting for this video!!! Lol
Thanks Sanjit, appreciate your videos. I like the way you break down the plays.
Love these video breakdowns sir. That's unfortunate to hear about the demonetization. I hope you, your newborn son and family have a happy holidays brother.
A outstanding video JPJ is a Raising star thanks for the video stay safe.
it’s great that he’s dominating but the penalties are some times killer to us
Rookie players make rookie mistakes.
I can live with a sometimes “too physical” player if there isn’t other issues in excess. The false starts as an example gotta stop.
He’s a rookie… it happens. Adams couldn’t stop dropping balls his rookie year. Whether u like him or not, rookies are never the best version of themselves. Kolton miller was trash his rookie year, he ended up being better than solid down the line… PATIENCE!!!
Kolton has underachieved his whole pro career. Misses assignments every game. Slow footed, unable to block downfield and a sub par pass protecter, a first round pick who never fails to disappoint.
My wife and I ran into JPJ in Downtown Summerlin Mall last summer. Huge very nice young man. Happy the Raiders have him!
We need to find another G like him in the upcoming draft. I think having a bidding war for the first overall pick would benefit the Raiders the most. Having two high second and third rounders would allow them to retool quickly. The obvious risk is not getting an eventual starting QB with those picks.
Sanjit I really enjoy your film breakdowns ! JPJ is going to be a problem ! He reminds me of Mike Webster with his power
I like that he has the courage and individuality to do things like this. Play dirty and physical. You should be able to, hes old school and can lead a renaissance for the raiders. When the raiders are good it’s good for the nfl 😎
nice breakdown... wow, PJ is a strong sun of a gun. .. let's build around him inside.
I really like Jordan Meredith a lot too at LG.
We have to get bulldozers on either side of JPJ. I don't think we will use our 2nd-round pick on one of the top guys, but later on there are names to watch.
DJ Campbell, Texas. 6'3' 343
Miles Frazier, LSU. 6'6" 335
Ar'maj Reed-Adams, TAMU. 6'5", 330
Micah Morris, Georgia. 6'4", 330
Javontez Spraggins, Tenn. 6'3", 330
Jalen Rivers, Miami. 6'5", 325
TJ Ferguson, Florida State. 6'4", 330
Watch them in the offseason and later in the Combine. With an extra 3rd and 3 6's, we could take two and make this a MONSTER OL.
No more 6’3” guards unless they’re as good if not better than JPJ.
I wouldn’t mind the raiders keeping Andre James as the backup C or swing guard next season
This guy is freakishly strong.
Rd 1: QB
Rd 2: WR
Rd 3: OL, OL
Make the offense great again!
🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤Raiders need to build around Jackson Powers/Brock Bowers & Max Crosby.🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
draft should go: 1.Qb, 2. CB or OL, 3. CB or OL, 3. LB or RB
Miller was not good early in the season. Gave up a lot of sacks. I’m sure him recovering from last seasons shoulder surgery had a lot to do with that.
Miller gets a pass he's fought back from injury, slowly getting back into football shape
I would get a guard in this draft and sign an All Pro/Pro Bowl in free agency. DP is not a bully and a little weak. DJG is a solid backup or like you said maybe a guard. We need to be dominant and not just ok on the offensive line.
Bro is a beast
Parham has to go before Meredith!! Parham gets rushed into AOC. He’s embarrassing. He gets positional advantage then doesn’t told his blocks.
If available, I'd like to see the Raiders successfully convert a Tackle to Guard or select a "Dominant Left Guard" with their second round pick.
Shedeur&Ward make it out of most these sacks/pressures 🙏🏼🙏🏼🏴☠️
Tom T did a great job in the draft and overall in FA, with the exception of not retaining Jacobs. I'm not putting Minshew on him and have a feeling that was a DA/Getsy pick.
How is Lavonte David not retired? What a beast
Plenty of potential. That being said, the mistakes are unacceptable. The center MUST be the smartest player in the trenches.
Clean up the bone head plays or move him back to guard.
I played center for 6 years and I will add this: If you can't call the blocking schemes or look to your left and right or look between your legs or get the snap correct 100% of the time, you are only hurting your team and need to find a lineman who can do all the above mentioned tasks.
JPJ, is a DAWG!
Imagine JPJ next to an AllPro guard next season
It doesn’t matter where you put powers he gonna be a problem no matter what part on the field he’s on. Refs tell him to cool it because he goes extra
Sanjit… is Kolton miller still good??
I think if he just rests and has a good off season he can return to form
Yes he is legit!! He's not Penei Sewell or Lane Johnson, but he is an OT8-15 range which is still really good. Finding 2 really good OTs is hard. So hopefully we only have to find 1 for now.
If raiders can draft another player like powers it won’t matter who we have at rb lol
still upsets me Vea should have been a raiders instead of Miller
He got picked before we were on clock
If the Raiders were smart, they would bring back Reggie McKenzie... because he built a POWERFUL offensive line that pounded and protected very well.
What!! Get off of Meredith. Not a people mover???? Are you kidding me.
That sack was on jpj. Doesnt matter how mobile you are, an untouched Blitzer will catch even the most mobile.
Both jpj and Meredith blow up defenders on the screen play.
This should be the STARTING oline in 2025
The shocking realization that James want the right guy.... To nobody really. P.s. hate that guard calling the snap nonsense
Love JPJ. But he’s gonna get hurt playing like that all the time. That’s what teams were worried about with him in the draft. His injury history.
We suck so bad we gotta talk about the center
I wonder if Powers Johnson wrestled at some point
These are my favorite ❤ types of football videos as you provide an explanation and foster appreciation of line play. I imagine it is a lot of work to prepare this content and it takes time away from your young family. Can you help me understand why this work would be demonitized by RUclips; or, is it self-evident in the root of the word "DEMONitized"?😮
Raiders must draft the Boise State RB.
Left tackle n guard block same person 😂
One of the reasons why too much losing
Yet the Raiders coaches thought it was a good idea to start Andre James at center. The guy was getting overpowered on a weekly basis. Only after James was injured did we get to see the better center get to play. More incompetent decisions by the coaching staff.
The sack is definitely on JPJ.
Sanjit...why cant James play gaurd?
He's too small he sucks
You understand line play and I'm disappointed that you think modern QB's have to be running backs to be effective in the NFL. At least consider great offensive line units that nullify pass rushers, including Condor. The Raiders will NEVER contend for the playoffs without addressing their trash offensive line which has recurred for decades.
He has alot of potential...pro bowl potential yes...but he is missing alot of blocks...you are only seeing what you want to see...parham is undersized but is head and shoulders before all they other lineman when pulling and trapping...meredith has been a find...fell backwards into him not the coaches first or second choice just like sincere Mccormick...
But don't get me wrong I like a jpj he's getting better every week...but dj glaze dhe's not seem to be improving definitely the weak link
That "blindside" penalty was complete BS! Sure JPJ had a couple of legit penalties this year, but the plays the way everyone wants their O linemen to play. I wouldn't change a thing with JPJ
Don’t really believe in DJ at tackle, just draft a real RT in the draft and move DJ to guard
RUN POWERS DONT WAIST YOUR CAREER HERE…WE ARE THE WORST SPORTING FRANCHISE IN AMERICA AND WILL BE FPR UEARS TO COME…..RUN JACKSON POWERS RUNNNNNN
The quarterback isn't fast enough to check down hell get better he had enough time to get it off but oh it's AP fault
He needs discipline he's too wild and causes big penalties they should make him sit one game
Absolute penalty, Machine 👍👍
TOP 3 or 4 CENTER…..😂😂😂😂😂😂 EVERY WEEK SOMEONE ON THE RAIDERS IS TOP 5 LOL……
Goff isnt mobile
Goff has played with Sean McVay and Ben Johnson for most of his career. In fact, He was 0-7 his rookie year without McVay(Jeff Fisher), and 0-11 before Ben Johnson got hired with the Lions as their OC.(Anthony Lynn was fired after 11 games)
@SanjitT yeah but he's still a stationary QB that has the best record in football whoever he's be3n coached by
Too many penalties at the worst times......
can you just run a play...? I don't need to see you rocking back and forth a dozen times a play, its why I skip your content.
Imo you don’t need to be mobile to create in that early example. That’s where a QB learns to throw it away or to their rb if possible. Or take a sack.
Also, beyond that difference of opinion. Defenses will inevitably always have some plays where they bust through and put fast pressure. Same logic as when an offense goes deep and scores, etc.. it happens.
Imo, Using an example of an acceptable and uncommon inevitability during a game shouldn’t be used as an example of why a QB “needs” to be mobile and “needs” to be able to “create”. Sometimes throwing a ball away or taking a sack is the right thing to do in the moment. Creating creates chaos and goes off script, greatly increasing the chances of error. This shouldn’t outweigh the controlled certainty of taking a sack or throwing it away. It’s def a more conservative mindset, but this is said in the context of disagreeing with a QB needing to be mobile/create.
I disagree,.this stuff right here is special, it's what we need from our QB:

That bum cost us two games in a row but he is a superstar sanjit is clear to see you just hype anybody up like you did andre james like who cares about a rookie center
Only knowledgeable Raiders fans care about this rookie center. That obviously leaves you out.
Give our GM a Raise! And then give us Jon Gruden as OC!!!
If you don't want these type of videos getting Is demonetized try putting Yourself in a box in the corner Of the video Or make the video you're trying to show smaller and you being the main video
Thank you, I might do this!!
Why not replace Meredith with Munford? I feel like he’s not quick enough to play RT but would do well as a guard due to his size and strength!
