Idk if she reads this commet or not, but just wanna thank you for all these videos which literally saved my life I'm not even exaggerating, i had a very bad imsomnia and started to listen to these sounds for relaxation and now i can sleep like a log. I still listen to these to fall asleep everyday. Altho I've become dependent on these videos, I don't find difficulty in sleeping like before.

I'm having a anxiety attack and my body is trembling a lot. So i searched some asmr because it makes me calm and this is really helpful for me, thank you for making this
Glad that it has help you. Something that has helped me a lot is the headspace app. The anxiety and panic attacks have decrease dramatically. There’s not a supplement or a doctor pill that has done that and the best thing is that what I’ve learned from this type of exercises I can practice it in my daily life. Check it out. Its all about anchoring in the present. Peace.

People get revenue even without ads being added by the tuber because people tend to binge yt videos which makes people see ads, and so tubers can still make money without adding in ads.
I highly doubt you are going to read this, but thank you so much. The day I first listened to this was exactly one day after my second vaccine shot for Covid-19. I didn't get Covid-19 obviously but my body still felt awful afterwards. I had almost no one to turn to other than my dad and sister who had to deal with it too. But this video was probably the most helpful thing during this time. I had a lot of anxiety, a horrible headache, and I was on my period at the time. But even if it was just a little bit this helped me get so much better mentally, and I'm really grateful that you exist.

I’ve watched this vid like 12 times and i have never gotten past the first part before falling asleep. this works so well!!
Normally I don't get tingles but during the first 15 minutes was getting so much tingles and not gonna lie it felt so good that I was actually able to fall asleep under 20 minutes.

I was in history class and the teacher had told us not to talk, so the class was very quiet and the girl next to me was having trouble answering this question so she whispered something into my ear, and honestly her whispering voice just made me super relaxed and sleepy like it was so soothing. I did help her answer the question but I will never forget that feeling.
