U have shared incomplete information about the apartment. The apartment is just about staying under a roof and there is no services whatsoever. All the services are exclusively for the guests staying in resort. As u have already mentioned in this video, guests staying in apartment don’t have access to the restaurant. U also need to highlight the impact of this on the guests. U have to order food from outside. The food is delivered at the main gate and then u have to call the staffs to pick n deliver to ur room. Most often phones of these guyz r not reachable generally so the packet is kept at the gate for 20-30 mins. U have to use the plates given in the apartment. If u use it for lunch then for dinner there r no spare dishes so the guest has to clean it as the housekeeping staffs comes only once a day. After meal guest has to clean the table. This is worse than basic and they call it luxury apartment. I think as a blogger u need to take these feedback of guests into consideration, which is commonly available on google review. All this after paying 21000 per night for the 3BHK apartment. This is so annoying. Kindly do extra research before recommending. I went by ur recommendation and it ruined my stay there.

3:51 Yes I checked price online, It is Rs18K /Night = $260, Overly expensive. I live in California which is most expensive state in USA. Even here luxury resort dont cost that much!! Whosoever build /bought property must be influential Neta, from royal rich background or Gunda!! Because those are the only one who can buy in India in such location @Travel With OTA EXPERT -Please dont block comment. Please need to know reality. It will be totally unfair if u block

It's nicely located property I stayed there for 5 days paid almost 7k per day with taxes without breakfast or lunch, please make sure they give you Ganga facing rooms if you don't check they will give you worst rooms having ungly views in the back, be extra cautious ask for room picture and all preconditions must be checked

@Sunit Joshi great place rent a bike , go to the sandy Ganga beach, just make sure to ask pics of the room and rates can go up to 30k /night

I stay in Rishikesh. It is a very over prized place. Don't go there. Also, these are all paid video's by promoters. There are much cheaper and better places.
