Volumetric efficiency is 95% of the total efficiency of about 90% 2. This high efficiency is critical for maintaining the overall performance and longevity of a hydraulic system. 3. Hydraulic axial piston pumps offer variable displacement capabilities, allowing for precise control of fluid flow and pressure 4. The precise control achieved through variable displacement contributes to better controllability of the hydraulic system. Disadvangaes 1. Cost is a major disadvantage of a piston pump, as they can be expensive affairs up-front. 2. Complexity of the machinery. 3. If not properly lubricated, the mechanical parts within a piston pump are prone to wear due to the high pressure they are placed under and the psi they generate. 4. Require a higher filtering accuracy and high level of maintenance standards. 5. Higher operating cost compare to gear or vane type pump.
PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE : 1.Normally closed type Valve 2. Fitted in bypass line to reservoir tank 3. Outlet is connected to reservoir tank 4. It opens when the inlet pressure (System Pressure or Pilot Pressure) becomes more than preset value 5. No bypass check valve is required. 6. No external drain line. PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE : 1. Normally Open type Valve 2. Fitted in Main line to system 3. Outlet is connected to the system 4. It closes when outlet pressure( System Pressure or Pilot Pressure) becomes more than Preset value 5. Bypass check valve installed. 6. External drain line installed.
1. Check Alternator W point to ECU and ECU to tachometer line 2. May be the Alternator is having an issue 2. ECU input need to check 3. ECU output need to check 4. Tachometer malfunctioning and it's input need to check.
