Gorgeous finish! Definitely going to try this- always thrifty with paint and this is a great way to use smalls bits of what’s hanging out on the shelf! 👍🏽
You made this look so easy😮. I love this finish and perhaps one day will find the right piece of furniture to try this on. Thank you Brandy for another fantastic tutorial ❤
Love ❤️ love ❤️ it . I know I need to trust the process but it’s not easy. You however did an excellent job. Thanks for this video. PS: I love Annie Sloan paints ❤❤❤❤❤
Did anyone count the number of strokes on this? 😅 Are you still using spatula at the end? I’m beginning to eye all my furniture. Something needs a facelift around here!

Ooh-La-La!! So Beautiful!! I see it 2 ways!! Concrete!! And a well worn pair of jeans!!! Was wondering if could do this technique with joint compound?
Yes, can use a number of different texture mediums, was a good way for me to use leftover paint mixes
So basically your doing dry brushing of different colors over top and layering with the paint still wet or do you dry in between costs?
It dries very fast because the layers are thin, aside from the textured base, that takes longer to dry
Do you have a fine art background? Seeing similarities in technique from mine
My degrees are in finance and sociology, but I did do some art history electives, always loved those
Is that the same if I use Baking soda instead of Salt Wash ?
It won't harden like saltwash, would be brittle
