tip for people trying to do this mission: as soon as the Cubans get out of the car (God forbidding the other one kills himself on accident) go down and behind the ramp and shoot from there, a good 90% of the time they won't even hit you, and it gives you much more time to get to the bike
The first few times I tried this, I jumped off the fire-escape, onto the bike then went straight into the wall; mission failed. Then I realised you can come down off the fire-escape before the last Cuban car arrives, pick up a machinegun, kill the remaining Cubans, and be at ground level, ready to get on the bike. That gives you a couple more seconds to catch up with the other biker.
I didn't knew how to get to the parking lot once, i was trying to do a wall of cars to go to the checkpoint. And this was one of the missions that i wanted to complete, because of this mission you unlock an Island.
first time i played this on the iphone one of the cubans (the one with the briefcase) ran into the car and died. i waited almost 5 mins, notthing happened. lol
Afterwards, turn the way Diaz did and take his car. It is unlocked with no driver. Bullet proof, explosion proof, fire proof and damage proof.
