    Chicken Nargisi Koftay:
    Ingredients
    Boneless chicken ½ kg
    Salt, pepper as required
    Onion fried 2tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Green chili 1
    Gram flour roasted 2tbsp
    Almond powder 1tbsp
    Eggs boil 4-5
    Ingredients for gravy
    Oil ¾ cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
    Salt as required
    Red chili powder as required
    Turmeric as required
    Coriander powder 1tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Onion fried 3tbsp
    Mace, nutmeg powder ¼ tsp
    Method
    Mix all the ingredient in chicken except eggs , and grind well ., now coat this on boil eggs and fry . for gravy in a pan add oil sauté garlic, salt, pepper turmeric . add yogurt and roast well . . add mace , nutmeg add koftay and serve .
    Boondi Kachumar Raita:
    Ingredients
    Boondi ½ cup
    Yogurt 250gm
    Tomatoes 1
    Onion 4tbsp
    Coriander, green chilies 2tbsp
    Salt as required
    Cumin ¾ tsp
    Red chili ¾ tsp
    Garlic 1tsp
    Turmeric 2pinches
    Curry leaves 3-4
    Oil as required
    Method
    Soak bondis in water , when it gets soft so remove it from water . now in yogurt add salt . now add onion, tomatoes, coriander , green chilies and cumin , now heat oil in a pan add curry leaves and garlic fry well . Then add turmeric and red chili , lastly add this batter on bondis and serve .
    Fry Mix Daal Achaari:
    Ingredients
    Gram lentil 1cup
    Black lentil ½ cup
    Green gram ¾ cup
    Chopped onion 1
    Tomatoes 2
    Salt, pepper, turmeric as required
    Ground pickle 1tbsp
    All spice ½ tsp
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Coriander as required
    Green chilies as required
    Method
    In a pan add clarified butter and fry onions , now add chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and turmeric ,add all the lentils and give temper and serve .
