I am ashamed to admit that, when Jalen was benched for Tua, I was one of those who thought his best chance to play in the NFL was to change positions. Well, I can say now that I have never been happier to be completely wrong about something. I cheered for Jalen during his year at Oklahoma and continue to cheer for him with the Eagles.
same here. Jalen was my favorite player the minute he took over in the USC game. after that 2018 national championship I didn't know how to feel. I was happy we won it but was sad that Jalen was benched. I'm a die hard Bama fan but still rooted for him at Oklahoma. even bought a Jalen Oklahoma jersey.
Can’t wait to see him shine! He is a class act on and off the field. His parents must be so proud of that man he has become! Thank you for being a role model for young athletes 🙏🏽🏈♥️
I hope he becomes one of the all time greats. Whether it’s with the eagles or not, he got this eagles team to the field playoffs after years of doubt he finally gets to shine, he is also a very well mannered and classy player, hope the best for Jalen.
Since Joe Namath their hasn’t been a productive NFL Qb to come out of Alabama and tbh I’m glad. Can’t have the most of draft picks by any college team and their to be that many busts at the qb. I feel they are a power house when it comes to defensive positions bc that’s what’s win them championship
3 for 8 in the first half. 1 touchdown miss to Ridley. 3 thrown out of bounds. 3 passes caught. D. Harris and Jacobs were benched and nobody talks about that. Was it Jalen or was it the offensive coordinator? 8 passes the first half?
One game fake fans hated him 3 for 8 passes nobody question the offensive coordinator? Tua wasn't mistreated after being exposed by Clemson or staying injured. I would never do interviews with the likes of Steven A. Smith or Shannon Sharpe.
I don't believe his story is that unique he was a scholarship player who entered a transfer portal to another scholarship and a starting job. Again I don't think he's story is that unique. His work ethic and his mental focus is highly unique. If every player in every locker room worked and pushed as hard as Jalen that team would be unstoppable. I'm all Boomer Sooner and was glad to have him in Oklahoma because again his work ethic is second to none
It’s rare for QB’s to come in and win games right away dude. Take it easy, let him develop. I will never not live Hurts, he’s the hardest worker I’ve ever seen and he wants nothing more than to be the guy bro.

At 0:50, It sounded like he wanted to cry.
that lion-hearted Jalen Hurts what a great role-model for our youth ... yessir, no one has a story like Jalen and what an inspirational story that is!

He’s only 23 he’s staying on the eagles his whole career because he has that passion for football like Philly fans.
@@sirfish9824 I agree he just has to work on his skills otherwise he is a good player because he is a leader and that's what a qb needs to be
Jalen is different. Something about this guy. He’s going to be a star. Eagles got a good one

Who’s having the better pro career tho?? Not to pit these two against each other tho. They both supported each other. Just happy to see Jalen succeed
Going to be one helluva Quarterback at OKLAHOMA.

That Hurts
Fly Eagles Fly, Jalen. Tua is not an NFL QB. Only the Phins would be dumb enough to start him.
It's about to be a short story if he dont start winning games 😂
