I have one if u use this soft peak cream for filling and stiff peak for flower design decoration is it correct

Always use the stiff peak cream for filling and soft peak cream for outer frosting and flower decoration it will give u the best results. If u use the stiff peak cream for flower decoration becoz of hand heat it will lose its actual texture.

i use non dairy whip cream for frosting my cakes. I would suggest that before you beat your cream make sure it should be liquidy and there should not be more ice crystals in it. And start whipping your cream from the lowest speed first and gradually once it will start thickening then increase the speed. if you whip the cream to the stiff peek then there is no need to add any thing to your cream. make sure u use gud quality whip cream.

U can add a tsp of milk powder or icing sugar n beat only for 5 mins or so till it's stiff, overbeating will break ur cream while decorating.
