Steve parish is a legend and actually deserves a statue for what his done for this club and community...seeing his journey from the start is incredible!!!

When you look at a lot of the owners of Premier League clubs, I am pleased that Steve is our chairman. He has succeeded where other owners have failed and turned Palace into a proper Premier League club.
Superb news and good luck with the design and construction phases! I understand that projects like this take a lot of planning, development, design, managing etc, lots of hard work behind the scenes … and will be complex and challenging to construct while the stadium and surrounding area and facilities are still being used. Obtaining the planning permission is a good milestone … good luck to all involved in the next stages! ❤💙🦅

Excellent that we retain the DNA of the area, the train stations (unlike the weed on the south coast) the pubs, the kebab shops, the heritage of the ground whilst moving forward. I hate the plastic of some new bowl grounds (Soton etc) and Palace are lucky to go down this direction, it feels right, hope we don't kill the atmosphere with anything to Disney, or club sponsored flag waving (like they do at Arsenal)
This expansion is on the same level as Anfield’s Main Stand expansion that single handedly catapulted the ground into the the 21st century. This will have the same effect on Selhurst Park and I can’t wait to see it!
As an Arsenal fan, holding a Brighton season ticket, I’m actually really happy for Palace that they’ve been granted planning. What a fantastic design and the level of work that must have gone in on this development is astronomical. Well done Crystal Palace.
