Do you think UPCM will increase their Intarmed slot or the Lateral Entry slot anytime soon? I know it’s not part of your scope about UPCM admission policy but we want to hear your opinions as future doctors. Coz I felt that the govt should extend their budget and admission rate for UPCM specially that the threat of global Pandemic is always on the rise. And we need more doctors who really cares for the masses.
Ohh i haven’t heard anything if they will increase slots :( but, whether there are changes or not, just always do well in school. Try your very best. And i promise you hard work really pays off. If it doesnt bring you to your dream school, know that God has better plans ahead! :)
Precious Supe what is UPG? Intarmed is straight from high school. After he graduated from high school, he went to intarmed. He graduated with High Honors in high school, then intarmed after :)
I mean, yung UPG is university predicted grade po which is combined score ng grade from highschool and upcat. 😄 Pwede po bang malaman ang UPG when he was enlisted sa shortlist ng intarmed interviewees before getting into the actual program?
kelvin dungca Yes. I went to Ahead. Personally, i don’t recommend this review center... I didn’t really get the most out of it. Low-yield as well. And not enough reviewers. I recommend ACTS (Achi and Ahia) Review Center
Hi! I’m not sure! For my high school, we just paid for our “transcript”. It was a sealed document, so I never got to open it :( Best to ask your guidance counselor! They are usually the ones who help you guys in your applications during your last year in high school :)
Lois Jel Hi! Miguel is an Intarmed student :) he is like in an accelerated med program from lu1-7. I finished 4 years of college (premed) before i am able to enter med school. Med school is from lu3-7. Lu1-2 is the accelerated “premed” of intarmed students. So instead of four years of premed, they only have two :)
