Not only stubborn but selfish as well. Yes she's feeling guilty but to treat DongJoo like that is just so wrong because he's the one that has lost so much and he still loves and except her the way she is. Thank goodness the man told her off! I would've done the same lol
She loves pain more than anything she is selfish because she is also inflicting the pain on people that loves her , the best to do to such people is to ignore them till they are satisfied

I've watched this trope so many times in kdramas, but the amount of times she pushed him away would honestly warrant there not being a happy ending... you know, male lead dies rather than miraculous recovery, and female lead lives to regret her utter stupidity in letting her pride get in the way of a solid relationship..... ugh I'm not usually like this, but the script for the female lead really started t0 get to me 🤬😤😩
