    Thank you Dr!! Any thoughts on using Doxepin for chronic insomnia? Also maybe safer option than lunesta? Also is Lunesta only z drug approved for long term? Thank you!!

      Great questions! Doxepin is typically recommended for no more than 4-8 weeks, Lunesta has been studied for up to 6 months duration of use. The best treatment for chronic insomnia remains CBT-i (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), it's more effective than meds long-term and does not have side effects.

    Mam I didn't understand should I l theanine Or not
    As l theanine affects alpha brain waves it's helpful for a student preparing for competitive exam
