I always love Contractors, so the fact it's getting its own BR mode is mind blowing! This just reminds me of all those classic PUBG videos
It be really cool for duos if during infil they have handles on the back of your teammate to drop together and if you wanna disconnect let go and deploy your chute
This game is incredible! VR in general is absolutely incredible, but this game specially. The fact that you can actually aim / shoot / recharge weapons with your own hands and physicaly crouch / aim from behind structures is priceless!
Most VR shooters have those mechanics specifically. The unique thing about this one is the large map battle royale aspect of it combined with the progression and customization.

Yeah that's every VR shooter from like 2020 on. This one finally got some more to offer on top of that, it's cool.
When D was teaching Harley how to reload that bolt action, my first thought was the possible shenanigans of taking your teammate’s magazine out of their gun as they shoot. Haha
Imagine sneaking up on an enemy and sneakily grabbing their mag, getting them to turn around and then try to shoot you with only the round in the chamber 😭😭😭

Same. I'm not a huge fan of shooters in German and hate BRs, but I got a quest 2 to play fallout 4 and Skyrim VR and saw contractors and started playing it and it's phenomenal
@@ChodyRay The quest seems to be the best deal in VR as far as I can see. I have a PS5 but the PSVR2 seems to be lacking in games, which is pretty much the whole point of buying a VR headset

It would be nice if the glider or parachute, had collision physics. Like against that light pole you flew into.
It has to run on a Quest. So there's limited space for extra physics like that

Playing on quest 2 standalone can't believe how good it is it has a fare few bugs though, but im sure its gonna get a ton of updates it can only get better

One thing i really appreciate about this game is that there arent any bots that pretend to be players. Its you against other ppl the whole time.
Well there are scavs in some of the areas, but the AI is pretty bad and they are quite easy to kill. Usually in packs of 2 or 3. bad though when you land in such a spot without a weapon at the start of a game

@@LARVideos screen door nightmare, waiting for something closer to the vision pro quality but around or under $1k
@epicthief it's not screen door effect. The quest 2 processor is just weak, so they have to crank down visuals to make it run smoothly. I used a Quest 2 with my PC and everything was extremely sharp and detailed.
Good luck waiting for vision pro resolution tho, that's one of the main reasons the AVP is $3500. Quest 3 is where it's at right now.

Yeah, the TTK is pretty much identical to warzone. Gotta chainsaw through a bunch of armor plates before landing actual damage... makes me appreciate Tabor more, with its "a headshot, is a headshot" physics

This game looks like a ton of fun, but Contractors has always been too fast paced for me. Maybe that’s because I’m relatively new to vr shooters though. lol
This game is way slower paced. Depending on where you drop, you likely won't see anyone for like 5-8 minutes.
Did they fix the cheating problem from the first game? .... Reason I haven't bothered ordering considering it's multiplayer only.

Seeing people action a bolt with their forward hand always gives me conniptions
For real though, real gamers action the bolt with the back of their thumb so that the ejected cartridge is thrown right into their waiting open hand

@@picklejho69I do it because I'm left handed, so reaching around, ESPECIALLY on a real bolt action at the range, kinda sucks, so if it's weightless like in VR or if I'm stationary on a bench then I'll use my forward hand
