Wish I knew this before I changed my ignition module, fuses, spark plugs/cables, voltage regulator finally went to a mechanic and found it right away.

My '23 is still under warranty, of course, but the closest dealer is 70 miles away. I've never liked them. I actually went 200 miles from home to buy it. If I do have issues, it's probably cheaper to do stuff myself.

Thanks for the information how did you get the fuse box cover off mine is jammed I think it has rusted studs in it wont budge thanks.
I think it's just one 1/4-20 machine screw on the bottom, facing outboard. The top just hooks on a couple tangs, if I remember correctly, at least on my machine.
Thanks for the vid my son just dropped his 07 FB and now she doesn't start, turn signals are the only thing that don't work, keeps blowing lighs fuse, Im thinking its this module or maybe damaged wires in turn signal housing, also might be bank angle sensor, I hate electrical gremlins

That's a good question. I don't think I checked that. I think once I determined that the part had failed, I didn't do any more diagnostic work and. just replaced it.
I’ve a 2006 harley 1200 custom, it’s carburated today is a code 68920-01d but is still lights and lights works fine. What should I do?
Does it not run? Is the battery fuse blowing?
@@CrustyCycle9317 My bike starts perfectly, it runs wonderfully, I have no lighting problems, not even charging problems. However, that code number appears on the screen PN 68920-01d
I'll check my manual and see if I can find something related to that code and get back with you. I'm glad your bike is showing you a warning sign and not just leaving you along the side of the road.

I think it hangs right there under the left side cover, if I remember correctly 🤔
Yeah I don’t see it on my bike just like on his there is no grey plug there.

Have a 2012 road glide that keeps blowing the battery fuse, codes for speedo loss of data and TSM loss of data. Speedo went out one day while I was riding, once I got home it would no longer start unless I put a new fuse it but then it will blow the fuse. Been trying to find a short, my TSM didn’t appear to smell burnt up
With my machine, all display was out on the speedo, if I remember right? I don't know if it clocked mph, because it just didn't run. In my wiring diagram, I think the tsm is the main component the battery fuse feeds though. I think I was lucky that it was obvious my tsm was smoked. If you don't have a manual, maybe you can find the diagram for your bike free online. Follow that battery fuse circuit. I suspect it will keep leading to the tsm, better verify though. Good luck 👍
