Im a week late but i just wanted to add that they have alot of interactions over at twitter and thats actually where Millie started or first showed her calling him Nii-chan then Fulgur going along with it and called her imouto ever since. Other than that they always drop by each other's streams and join chat. Now that they collabed one on one you can see more of their sibling-like energy. (Fulgur ocassionally talks abt how close they are off-stream too)
