2 ways :
1- Either about a girl being in an abusive relationship and her deciding to escape the one behind her abuse , after some drastic consequences
2 - A girl who has an addiction to drugs (crystal meth) , "all the itching and the scratching" are some of this drug most common side effects , by the end of the story , she chooses that for her sake , she has to break her unhealthy habit and that no matter how long it must take , she is ready to go through all tasks for it
Or....We could just mash up this whole thing and say that she was in an abusive relationship but escaped and got introduced to drugs and gets addicted to it , she later decides to escape the distortion of a life she lives and moves on to become a sane person again
But i think rather than explaining it , it is best to just listen to it . Cuz man this is an art !!!!!!!

To me this sounds like its about a very unhealthy relationship rather than drugs- not necessarily physically harmful, but it's likely the person had a very possessive lover(can they even be called that) who was probably using their self-hate (or maybe naivety?) to control them? Like a puppet. They showered the person with love and sweets, but the person realized that the lover was pretty awful and hella possessive. Probably psychotic even. When they tried to get away, the lover probably tried to manipulate them again. Possibly telling the person they're pathetic or worthless without them but if they stay they'll continue to be loved and they can even be happy if they ignore how awful things really are.
