To keep it short, CPM is based on per page -though I find the blogger platform to under perform overall with regards to rankings and earnings however. So it really depends on your blog content and how much traffic it's getting. A post about finance will make more than a travel post.

Invities will appear in the blogger account after they click on the email confirmation that they've been added as an author. Then they can simply log in and publish content. I'll create a video on this, it's niche specific, but useful to know.

I tried this myself, the only way for me to log in as an author for other blog is by using an incognito window. I wonder if you have other tips on this. Would love to see your video about this! Your video has been a life safer. The only problem I have is that when I look at "preview" of the "post" page. It's missing half the text in the middle of the page. I've tried re-writing it but it always leaves out the middle paragraphs which is driving me crazy! Can you help??

WordPress and Bluehost is for starting a professional blog that you want to scale into a large money making website. Website Creative Pro is powered by WordPress fyi. Blogger is great for personal websites or fun side projects. I personally make $1-2 a day in ad revenue from my blogger blog and a little in affiliate commissions. I'm totally fine with that because it's a hobby and side project.

Because no one wants to use a blogger sub domain. It’s free because you get free hosting which costs a monthly fee. You can follow the tutorial and not use a custom domain if you like.
Google analytics is NOT at all intuitive. It's complete nonsense and changes daily. Mine looks nothing like th above. There is no UA number anywhere. Mmm, wonder why I hate ALL google crap.

With blogger? Depends on the theme you choose. Again I would not stead, accept the limitations and use it for personal stuff.

You can create pages with static content, your blog roll page and blog posts. That's it.
