Great Video Paul I did own both guardians of the galaxy on big sleeve editions but sold them to my local CeX back 2018 but they took both copies in but they handed the vinyl that was included in vol.2 big sleeve edition back to me I tried tell them the vinyl is included in the set but they couldn't take but 5 years later I still have it
I'm honestly living vicariously through these videos at the moment as I'm, weirdly, going in the opposite direction and haven't spent a single penny on any films in months now - kinda missing buying anything lol but such is life sometimes. Nice haul Pauly! 👌

I don’t mind the slim cases overall, the issue I have is if they have releases a franchise all in 14mm cases then they switch over to the 11mm cases, it plays on my ocd. If it’s a stand alone movie then I’m good with it (so long as it’s not an eco case🤬) slim cases=space saved. Nice one Paul 👍😃👍

Love the slim cases over half of my 4K collection comes from America and they’re all thin cases

Just had a scan of some of the comments for this video - WOW!!! How dare someone work hard and spend money on things they enjoy. Maybe Paul has missed a trick and should be uploading content where he counts all the spare money he has from not buying movies😏
Life's Too Short only had the one season but did have an hour long Easter Special which was released on DVD (no Blu-ray). It had a funny Cameo from Val Kilmer.
Haha nice fun video for movie tv shows hunting. Lucky you guys in the UK still have lots of movies bluray/ dvd's at retail stores, here in North America a lot of stores are getting rid of their movie sections and just filling the isles up with cellphone/ tablet ipad sections.

I'm in Denmark where we get both thick and thin cases depending on what company it is that releases a specific title and i'll never get the UK love for the thicker cases. I'll take the regular thin cases any day of the week (as long as it's not the eco cases). The thick cases are just a total waste of space for releases that only have 1 disc.
I went for the 4K Steelbook of KNOCK AT THE CABIN cause 1 I don’t like slim or eco cases & 2 It comes with a Blu-ray also

Nice to see some love for the slim cases as more films are now going to be using them (yes even the 4k ones). I know its a controversial topic but I love em even 6mm ones now too, saves you so much space. I wonder how people will feel when they start ditching the slip covers! As for the Chucky steelbook, you got to take that back! Damage is damage and should be returned. I have that edition of Sin City 2 with the nice lenticular and the Blu-ray contains both the regular and 3D editions on the same disc.

I love the big sleeve editions and still have mine, can't bring myself to get rid.
Shame they stopped making them.
Aimed at the vinyl collectors or fans of Laserdisc. They take up too much space!
Great pickups Pauly really nice I'm getting Knock at the Cabin on Blu-ray later in the week and great you got Raised by wolves on blu ray what a bargain I love that series shame it's ended. Nice pickups from CEX as well . You'll be running out of space soon lol 😂

If a person has any opinion on movie cases, then their life must be pretty easy.
It’s all about finding the right combination to brighten up your collection, after all there’s no point having a red sleeve with a blue case
That in of itself is an opinion on a movie case. 😂
No life too short was a one and done series, kinda acts as an extras series 3 spinoff. Although I believe the bluray was printed prior to the special so is omitted and is only on a dvd.

I can't stand the slim cases personally. Never have. Every one I've had (which isn't too many thankfully) have been put in thicker cases.
The regular ones match steelbooks so look better on the shelf.
