Stylecraft advertised 11,500 SPM but that's about 6,300RPM WHILE babyliss new limited fx m1 motors advertise "6,800 RPM/13,800 SPM" it's clear the SPM unit of measurement is just a selling point (higher # catches our attention). The RPM is the full revolution of the cutting blade (2 strokes; side to side) and stroke means the speed of just the single stroke. U can divide the SPM by 2 to get the equivalent of the RPM. What oster wahl and Andis have is essentially bigger motors that push more TORQUE and less SPM/RPM, not as fast but stronger resistance to a wider variety of hair density/textures. This cuts the battery life down however. 🤓🧐
Nice content tank. I know the old model master had 7200 SPM‘s in the new one has 6500 SPM‘s. Did you notice that the clipper was a little weaker than the old model? I’m sure they did that to try and make it a little bit quieter.🤷♂️🤷♂️
The masters have always cut well the only problem people ever had with them were the noise and the battery. I have heard about the weight but that is being a little bit picky because if you have cutting off enough most people started on the original corded masters wear the weight shouldn't be a problem for any of the Clippers out today. I like to andis Clipper they are like the glocks you can get the parts anywhere. Most people have two pairs on their station anyway so while the battery should be more powerful it's not an issue. Good review
Been waiting on your review on this one. You were teasing us with the short you did lol. I’m a big fan of your vids brother. You keep it authentic every time.
Resolutions are the turns that the motor makes a circle and strokes are the when the blade goes from side to side in pretty sure but if I’m wrong someone correct me
Personally i hate click levers. I take them off as many of my clippers as i can. Reason being is it restricts you from really being able to surf and slide between levels. The clicking noise also annoys me feels like im using a toy or something. The way i hold the clipper and fade i use a lot of lever play so it constantly making clicking noise is annoying to me.
@Mjbentertainment86 Yeah a lot of people think its more precise but in actuality its the opposite because now i cant go between the levels of the clicks if i want to. Dont get me wrong clicks or not I can still bust out the same quality of work i just feel the clicks slow me down
@@Mike-hy8cs I also just started giving cordless clippers/trimmers a try and the power of the corded can’t be duplicated lol and I don’t wanna pay 200+ for a clipper that only lasts for a year or 2 either 🤦🏻♂️😂
Yea they are best pair that me personally as a consumer won’t buy this should’ve been done 2020 not 2024 the master in my mind of today should have multiple batteries or Andis should’ve dropped the OG mast junior cordless less weight better run time less noise buying the Same product for the same price with small updates that shouldn’t take 4-5 years to get the best version
Such an in depth video. Honestly bro imma give you your flowers now because when it comes to these barber tool reviews you got the game on LOCK! 🐐

@@jovanjubert4046 i think i blacked out during that nerd moment. Lol ur welcome brother
Detailing!!! Bro, I been saying that for years about the Masters. Love them for detailing ability
I've really enjoyed these. Andis did a good job, in my opinion. Nice video, Tank ✅️
Black label masters resemble the corded master’s tremendously. Great move Andis with this release. Only thing I question will be the longevity.

Yeah they definitely don’t feel as powerful as the first gen but I believe it is to fix the noise issue

I feel the same exact way lol the clicking noise reminds me of a Walmart clipper or something lol I need full control of the lever

@@Mike-hy8cs right. Having the floating lever gives u more control over detail.
@Mjbentertainment86 agreed 👍
