If Klay leaves, who comes in? They'll never get a shooter like him, their front court is now basically overstocked with Dray, BP, MM, Looney and TJD. Does CP3 come back? Does Wiggs go? The problem with losing Klay is that it creates a problem at every position (except Curry's) because the team will have to undergo a total rebalancing/restructuring how they play the game without him for the first time. My suggestion is, Kerr must go first, because he showed difficulting adapting to the young guns this year, doing it too late and making mistakes even after he did, and next year will be even more difficult for him since the rebalancing/restructuring will produce an essentially new team that will require a new program and a new formula for winning. Kerr isn't the guy to do that. Offer CP3 the coaching job or find a young brilliant ex.player to run the show going forward and let that new guy structure the team as he sees the need. The system must come before the players, as the players are the pieces that must fit the system, not the other way around.
