Just discovered your channel. Fantastic vids mate. Love how you always find time to clear the camera lens even in the roughest of stuff. I'd be hanging on for dear life or being attended to by medics 😂
Thanks mate, really appreciate that! Fairly good timing as I finally have a new video dropping this week after quite a break 👍 And don't worry, wiping the camera has nearly seen me dramatically tumble a number of times 😂
I’m 54 and done this track 6 times in 3hrs 15mins during an endurance race 3 yrs ago and loved every run even if I walked 3 or 4 sections I was to scared to do ,there’s a new track going to be opened soon just beside the top chief look amazing
Nice videos, I really enjoy watching these! Musics are spot on and your comments too. I'm confident that you will get much more subscribers soon. Keep it going!
Enjuro bikes have limits even down hill bikes lol I watched down hill bikes snap due to maybe a bad landing but ile still trust a down hill bike on a for straight down fast runs but enjuro is best of a mixture too a degree
Thanks haha, wouldn't say I'm that fast compared to a lot of people! But it's definitely one of those trails that benefits from a bit of speed, helps to smooth out the rough sections
@@DistrictMountainBiker you seem to beast the whole thing, I'd give it a good go (the Scotish NDH series was on the day I was there) but I'd constantly fall and tumble lol
@@DistrictMountainBiker okay thanks for reply, hopefully covid depending I'm meant to be going September and I want to hit this and was wandering how big. Haha yeah always the case just having the confidence to to for it on the first place
@@lewisjones7153 Really hoping that'll be a possible this year too 🤞 All the features on the WC track are well built and just work if you are carrying speed. That double after the road gap for example, felt way too slow on every run up I did but once I hit it just floated over haha
@@DistrictMountainBiker exactly, and my local trails have some nice similar sized gaps ive been practicing on to work up to it. Hahaha oh my days when u ran up to it I was like flipping Heck he's going way to slow for that and you just sailed over, that's another I'd love to try.
Cheers! A benefit of not being as fast as the pros is you can actually make out the track in the footage 😂 All the riding footage is just the GoPro with a wind cover, I use the external mic for longer sections where I'm talking to the camera
@@DistrictMountainBiker thanks man, just wondering to sort out filming arrangments for people, also how hard are the motorway jumps and do u think i could do them and the hazard hoofer ruclips.net/video/ss9is3CcufA/видео.html
@@amacsphotography7528 the hazard hoofer is pretty straight forward to be honest, found the motorway jumps more difficult to clear, but nothing wrong with giving them a go if you're ready for a case haha. I had some pretty big ones!
I've always filmed in 24, blame my background in film for that haha. Slightly higher frame rate would probably work better for the GoPro footage but I like it at 24 to match my other cameras
Your idea of taking it easy is my idea of absolutely hammering it. I've ridden that track...this video just does not do justice to how fucking scary it is.
you have skills mate. that was some sick riding. yew! 🤘
Airborne on them features, nice one!
Enjoyed the video, keep them coming...
Thanks, I sure will 👊
Wow. That is some fast riding!
Thanks man 👍 Yet it still looks like a snails place compared to anyone who races here haha, goes to show how crazy the pros are!

Its a brutal track, ridden it many times on a DH bike but i did it on my brothers 120mm travel 4x bike that that was mental!

Thanks, glad you're enjoying them! Trying to keep posting them weekly 👍
Looked pretty quick to me 🤙
I think that enduro bike are the best all around bike! you can do light/heavy trail with them s much as downhill and park !
Yeah definitely! I feel a bit more confident on a dh bike when I get the chance to ride one but enduros can cope with pretty much anything!

You made that river gap look so easy, great vid 👍
Probably the easiest feature of the track once you get past the mental block! Cheers 👍
Me and my family walked down this track today and it took two hours
Just travelled up to fort william! Its strictly severe down hill all the way for me for the next few days! Wish me luck 😤😤😤
Enjoy it mate 🤙
Good riding and that looks a fast track !
Cheers! Watching the pros race it is something else 😲
Just loved this video mate. Really nice production and just great riding 🤙👌👍
Cheers mate, was a fun track but hard work in places!
Felt stressed and exhausted just watching.....impressive indeed......what happens if you encounter people walking on the track?
that track looks supercool, nice video.
Fast riding dude 🤙
Thanks! 👊
If this is you taking it easy! Your well fast!

District Mountain Biker well I’ve watched a few videos of this trail and you have looked the fastest so far 👍
Nice riding man
love how it´s 3 sec from being 10 min
That gap!! Man, you have bigger kahooners than I do!
Or just less brains 😂 You've actually got so much speed you seem to just float over it!
@@DistrictMountainBiker you seem to beast the whole thing, I'd give it a good go (the Scotish NDH series was on the day I was there) but I'd constantly fall and tumble lol
Good effort mate 👏👏👏
Cheers, wasn't easy 😂
Gr8 video
Cracking video 🤙
Cheers mate 👍
Now you should take a run with the dh bike for a comparison!
That's a pretty cool idea haha!
what did u use for audio
Just the GoPro 👍
Awsome riding dude 👍👍
Thanks 🤙
How big would you say the river gap is in ft?
I read somewhere that it was about 20ft but to be honest it doesn't feel big, with the speed you're going you're barely off the ground for long haha

I was shitting myself just watching this 😂😂
awesome video! Nice to see the track this way. are you running the H1/lav recorder while you are riding?

how long does it take to walk up
When I've walked up to watch the world cup races I'm pretty sure it was 45-60 minutes minimum

serious case of the go pro effect, i bet its so steep irl
Rode it irl. It really is especially in the wet mud
hey man, you filming in 24 or 30fps? I like the look of 24 but find it looks a little jittery sometimes

What rims/ tires do you use?
At the minute I'm running Hope Enduro rims and MSC Hotseat/Gripper tyres with DH casing
