パンヘッドのカスタムプロジェクトもいよいよ終盤です。
ようやくエンジンに火が入りました。
キックスタートです。
始動性も抜群に良く、アイドリングも安定しています。
このままオイル漏れ等のチェックと、ブレークイン作業を進めていきたいと思います。

What ??? Only 8 minutes ?? It's not enough !!!! 😫😥 Ok ok... 😇 It's what i was waiting for, for sure! Just amazing to hear such bike back to life 😍 Just a question : i know 2 really simple exhaust pipes like you create for this beautiful old lady is more than a classic solution... but it's a either the badest way to extract exhaust gaz from the motor ... Did you ever think about creating a 2 in 1 tube with a clean and tiny chrome muffler to protect engine from gaz flow. Sorry for this long comment but i know you like when it's "perfect" 😋
Thanks for the comment! Next time I will send you a video from the test run to the delivery of the car, so it will be a bit longer lol.
As for the shape of the muffler, well, I decided to focus on the design.
I do not think the exhaust efficiency is good. But I don't think it will cause any problems for street driving. I think the speed will be slightly lower at high speeds and the power will be reduced.
I think this owner probably values good looks more than that.
I'm trying to balance style and functionality depending on where the emphasis is.

Always enjoy your videos. Are you running a fuel pump with a super B?
It's a bit of a special fuel tank...
I use a pump to send the fuel from the fuel tank below to the carburetor!
