I am your fan. I like your recipes. I do try your method even if I know that dish. One thing I wanted to mention about today's recipe. During fasting we hardly use onion, potatoes and chillies. This is for your info.
I have saved this recipe and turns out good and delicious each time I make it.
In place of green chutney, I make coconut chutney.
My friends have also liked the recipe.

Looks great! Please substitute salt with Sendha namak (Himalayan salt) for Vrat/Upavas.
Himalayan salt contains pottasium . Sea salt contains Sodium. Our body needs more sodium than pottasium. Consuming more pottasium is also not advisable

You probably could but then you won’t be able to make the dosa thin and crispy. Maybe you could make a filling for it.
