Tel wala aur bina tel wala dono lamba rukenge..fresh tadka wala zyada tasty lagega.. zyada din tak store karna ho toh saaf sukha kaanch ka martaban le. Dry aur shadow place mein rakhe. Agar Fridge mein rakhna ho toh 100% safe rahega…

Achar ke liye namak preservative ki tarha kaam karta hai. Thoda zyada hi rehta hai. Phir bhi agar namak kam karna ho toh, thode tamatar aur sukha kar pees kar mila le aur is hisaab se lal mirch powder bhi add kar de.

Yes, you can but before going for bulk quantity if you’re making it for first time I suggest you to try for 1 or 2 kg first.

I kept 2 days with salt..now I removed pieces from tomatoe juice..juice is smelling...
If you put sufficient quantity of salt it never stinks..may be it’s raw tomato smell.
Kindly check the procedure again..
