All foods were Vegetarian infact vegan completely, the very first one was Not shrimp donut but medu Vadaa I guess, Also Kulfi is kind of indian ice-cream itself like gelatto but it's not exactly ice-cream, so the thing u were saying ice-cream was actually Kulfi itself & garnished with faluda, savai/noodles kinda, fruit, nuts,etc
