Great video!! That lad on the pit is doing a great job despite no loading shovel 🤷🏻 I bet no contractor in Southern Ireland is pushing silage up like this 🤔
Tis gas ; Irish fellas put up silage with British loaders, British lads do it with German tractors, Germans drive the trailer over the pit and level it with a rake, Americans put it into towers or push up with dozerblades on 400 hp artic tractors
obviously good part pf scotland because the rest of it has been covered in rain all day this summer grass also looks great as well as the grassmen and machines
Everyone can see when the man on the mower gets it wrong, or the forager, or the trailers. You only find out the one on the pit has got it wrong six months later.
Brilliant video, really enjoyed this one. Mega kit and seem like really lovely folk. 👌👌
We enjoyed making it too!
What a great bunch of down to earth people. You have to have a bit of fun when working.

I’m getting on a bit and my arm and back are knackard but miss contracting. Would like to get back into this game again.
Everyone that gets out of contracting always wants to go back to it at some stage!
What about the biggest in Northern Ireland. JD O Hare! We need that interview!
Agreed set it up there for us.
what about the biggest in the northern hemisphere Wilsons contractors, Preston, England. got to do another season.
@@grandpaandlucas7054bet these guys are doing more acres in a year than Wilson they just have a big hire fleet there far from the biggest contractor
Great video!! That lad on the pit is doing a great job despite no loading shovel 🤷🏻 I bet no contractor in Southern Ireland is pushing silage up like this 🤔
He’s a good operator 👌🏻

That guy on the John deere chopper would annoy me showing of in front of the camera, hardly concentrating properly.
That's right. You have to be 100% focused 100% of the time and never show any personality or have the slightest bit of fun at work.
Spouts on the correct side
🤐🤐
Looks a mega place to work all good kit have messaged them on facebook for a job
We’ll maybe see you over there soon then!
What is the advantage of this over bail silage?

Everyone can see when the man on the mower gets it wrong, or the forager, or the trailers. You only find out the one on the pit has got it wrong six months later.
