Very bad after sale service of the Fronus service Center. I purchased 4.2 KW Inverter 20 months ago. Yesterday, it gave fault 09 and stopped working. I sent it to service center and informed them its fault 09 message. Without checking they informed that its PCB has been burnt and replacement cost will be Rs. 16,000. When I asked that I will need the faulty one back. Then their answer was that pcb will be repaired, replacement cost would be more than 25,000 Rs. There were lot of people who also came there with faulty inverters. To all they were saying that your load wiring was short, that's why inverter was Burnet. I shall never buy Fronus Inverter again.

sir I need your feedback about a general query, I installed 8 panels of Longi 550 watts each. I noticed that at peak hours at 11 or 12am, a 2.98kw load was shown on the inverter and when I added more load system started to utilize the battery to cover the deficiency. My question is how much system generates power in kilo watts maximum in peak hours with 8 panels 550w each?
It really depends on the efficiency of your inverter as well as solar panels. Lets say if your 550W longi panel gives 525W at peak, then with a 95% inverter efficiency each panel should give around 500 watts. So 8 panels should give at least 3900-4000 Watts of power at peak. This can reduce considerably if the temperature of the environment is high, luminance is low or inverter is not too efficient. With your consumption if you had crossed 4KW, it would immediately start using backup power to compensate.
