Message: As the Gospel of the early church expanded out to the Gentile regions from Jewish regions, new theological challenges such as circumcision arose so that Jerusalem council decided that teh Gentile Christians did not need to observe the ceremonial law such as the circumcision, yet exhorting to abstain few items for the fellowship between Jewish Christians and Gentile Christians as they show flexibility in non-essentials while keeping the unity in essentials so that I hope we also may keep our life holy, yet serve people with gentleness and respect, keeping the truth with flexibility for non-essentials.
