Hand balancing is one of the most visually impressive things for me. Just the endurance it took for that guy's performance is insane, then the rest of the skills required to do that.....WOW.
That is the most amazing feat of strength I've ever seen. And to do a summersault after all that. Well I'm blown away. He must be so solid that if he was hit by a truck the truck would come off worse
Man I'm loving the music. It really intensifies the performance and this dude is a specimen, a walking human anatomy chart, a greek god, just amazing. This performance ignites a hot blazing fire within me to be the strongest that I can be with what God has given me naturally: PASSION AND DESIRE FOR TRUE ULTIMATE STRENGTH AND POWER with the ability to display it artistically.
while hes doing it every vein on his body is popping and he looks like he's about to pass out and this is pretty much pure strength mostly but still, its amazing
Great act. I'd guess the wobbling at 2.45 is intentional, as I can't think how he couldn't control the sideway movement of hes hands. Adds dramatic to the act. For the muscles, the power moves he does do require lots of force in the joints, which is what big muscles are good for. I'd quess though that he wouldn't need all the muscle groups that big, but hes looks makes this act unique. Show needs more than just physical performance. This is a show.
Insane, really made me keen on equillibbristics ! Btw He trains both in a normal bodybuilding manner and practices his show routine like every day. I've seen interviews with him, thats what he said.
I agree. It pisses me off that people tend t dismiss someone who uses steroids, just for the sake of him using steroids. Let us be honest, Entcho spends 5 hours a day training, 3 hours on his hands, overhead, 2 in the gym. That is a brutal workout schedule and the way he does it, unlikely to work without steroids. But that doesn't matter, since he is basically the best living handbalancer with his physique out there and it definitely does not undo his 35 hours of physical training per week.
I worked for years in the circus as a performer. I worked next to many acrobats, balancers and aerialists. I am 100% certain that none of them ever used steroids. I would guess that this guy does not come from a circus family.
Assolutamente fantastico!!! Assurdo vedere fino a dove tantissimo lavoro fisico e mentale possa far arrivare il corpo umano: qui si sono superati i limiti della fisica e del corpo umano!!! Bravo!
I'm thinking that the initial "mistake" of pushing the stacked blocks out too far with one of his hands was actually done on purpose for dramatic effect...?
@southoreast In fact he lifts weights 5 days a week; he just goes to a gym near to where the circus is staying in the moment. I know this because he said this in a local newspaper of Munich when his circus was here.
Yes this is the show and this part 2.45 you speak. You can make like him onli if you have his confident. And this rely special circus number. I have chance to see this number alive last year. And I tell you the audiance go crazy.
woooow... jesus... this is insane... i was stunned when i saw that... omg,,, i am still in shock, see what human body is capable of??? it is the most perfect machine ever built.
that is awesome. Years and years of training. NO HOMO . by the way, your body is crazy. you´re trapezius muscle is just insane. I love circus! peace love and success. Andrew
I wonder if he bulks up on the side or if most of his bulking comes from actually practicing routines. I figure it would be making it harder for himself if he just bulks up extra on the side for cosmetic purposes?
I've seen him do it on other videos as well and despite the delay it matches the music... so yes it's gotta be on purpose Besides he's so good he could get it right instantly if he wanted
Thank you! Now try convincing the people on this page who seem to think that this man liftts weights. They're too ignorant to see that doing these type of bodyweight routines is more than enough to tank you up. Look at Yuri Van Gelder. The dude's a bulldog.
the first move is a stradlle planche and in regard of strengh, the hardest in his routine. how is he preparing this move (0.28) thanks for connecting!!!

Hand Balancing for life.
I like the combination of calisthenics and handbalancing
This guy is hella ripped, he is in better condition than a navy seal
this guy is amazing the balance and strength is perfect
This guy has been standing on his arms as much his legs
while hes doing it every vein on his body is popping and he looks like he's about to pass out and this is pretty much pure strength mostly but still, its amazing
Everyone who likes hittin the barz, stay in shape, weights, etc. Should learn from this, I will... Amazing video!!!!!!!!!

wtf, i just accidently clicked on this video , and watched it for the whole 5:46 seconds...this guy is not human,
this is what the human body is meant for
Insane, really made me keen on equillibbristics !

He is far from best living handbalancers. But still, it is awesome.

I saw this performance few times and I won't more and more :)
beast mode: engaged
I just want his workout routine and his diet plan, please and thank you...

Assolutamente fantastico!!!
Assurdo vedere fino a dove tantissimo lavoro fisico e mentale possa far arrivare il corpo umano: qui si sono superati i limiti della fisica e del corpo umano!!!

In fact he lifts weights 5 days a week; he just goes to a gym near to where the circus is staying in the moment. I know this because he said this in a local newspaper of Munich when his circus was here.
the amount of skill this man has is fucking mindblowing..........im curious as to what kind of training he had to perform this feat.......
squat, bench press and dedlift
Wow. This is absolutely amazing.
If he was walking down the street, people would think "football player" or "boxer" not... gymnast or hand balancer, or performer.
WOW!!! Amazing power.
I'm with this guy^
I've almost got a German Shepard to do the first two segments of the act. Really.
i dont think there exsists a more beautiful specimen of manliness...

Yes this is the show and this part 2.45 you speak. You can make like him onli if you have his confident. And this rely special circus number. I have chance to see this number alive last year. And I tell you the audiance go crazy.
This dude is definitely a beast .
woooow... jesus... this is insane... i was stunned when i saw that... omg,,, i am still in shock, see what human body is capable of??? it is the most perfect machine ever built.
Probably that many he'd get bored and give up before he got too tired

Agree with you! actually it's easier to get muscles with acrobatics that in the gym!
but probably he also lift weights
I wonder if he bulks up on the side or if most of his bulking comes from actually practicing routines.
I figure it would be making it harder for himself if he just bulks up extra on the side for cosmetic purposes?

I've seen him do it on other videos as well and despite the delay it matches the music... so yes it's gotta be on purpose
Besides he's so good he could get it right instantly if he wanted
Can you direct me to one of those interviews, more specifically, one with him describing his training methods and routines?
Amazing!
A true master.
Thank you! Now try convincing the people on this page who seem to think that this man liftts weights. They're too ignorant to see that doing these type of bodyweight routines is more than enough to tank you up. Look at Yuri Van Gelder. The dude's a bulldog.
How are called those vertical bars the he is using ? I want to buy it , thanks
You are mistaken, I'm not knocking him. I'm making some valid points which people here are overlooking. It's called "constructive criticism".
