For those that couldn't accept the fact that Nao stayed with Uehara at the end and wanted her to end up with Daichi I recommend "Coffe and Vanilla" this tv series has both of them as a couple and is pretty hot. And for those who prefer Natsume I recommend "Love and Murder of sheep and wolf" both of them are a couple and although I haven't seen it yet the trailer looks pretty good and the story seems good too.

With such a background.. the only problem was Uehara doesn't know how to express his feelings but every time comes to rescue Nao from every difficult situation.. and that is the reason where Nao falls for him. Yes, Daichi is cute and true, but pushes himself to be loved just because he knows Nao from childhood on other hand Uehara sacrifices his love even if he loved One for so many years. Natsume is unreliable coz he is a flirt and could anytime dump. Issei's love is infatuation but may give up on Nao anytime in future as he has his first love Ramen. Nao knows everyone in their deeds and action and does not fall for it. Nao has her grounds. She recognises Uehara, though distinct personality, stands though thick and thin. Nao's judgement is perfect. Nao & Uehara is a perfect MATCH.

But it would be interesting to put him in college, just like they did with Abe..
Because Nao is not stupid but recognises Uehara, who inspite of his fame, broken heart, chooses her over others. Uehara, a different personality facing challenges from personal side remains Kind, Compassionate and provides warmth at every instance. Uehara does not show that he is Super Cool or Superman who meets her demands everytime but assures to be on Nao's side all the time. Nao does not fall for Uehara for his looks but for his heart ❤
I ask me if the title "good morning call" is appropriate for this TV-series that infact has shown nothing good for the main character NAO since the first minute. For her only problems, disappointments and hardships in each episode. But really in each one. So sweet, naive, insecure and dull NAO deserves to be sanctified immediately. Surprised and worried by the character HISASHI who, with his dumbness and frivolity, I hope does not represent the majority of Japanese boys. We in Italy call one like him "mezzasega" or "coglione"! I saw a lot of satism in the plot of MAYUKO OKAMOTO and AKIMITSU SASAKI. Maybe for the Japanese it's comical and funny, but it bothers us Europeans a lot. It all became so ridiculous and unbearable that we gave up on the 11th episode. Maybe we are not enough open-minde to understand this art of comedy.
If it does bother you then don't watch it. However for Asians unlike European, they do not love, marry and divorce in quick series, but like to get along, understand, stand for each other. They do not run away from their faults or shortcomings but keep constantly apologizing and overlook them. Asians believe in long term relationships. Had it been in european way, Nao would have married 4 times to 4 different people and even would have been divorced. Keep your european standards away and understand the mindset of Asians.

Nao does not choose Uehara for his charm and not stupid to overlook his kindness, compassion, warmth and comfort that she gets from Uehara. Uehara & Nao is a perfect match dude.

There were other qualities which were above par than rest. Even Nao, is not perfect, apart from being cutie. Yet Uehera does not abandon her but tries to cover her in every bad circumstance. Both of them have to grow and overlooking each other's faults and helping each other itself is the beauty of love. At any cost both Nao and Uehara didn't betray each other, and Naos stand for Uehara till the end itself substantiates it.
