I just bought a new ac compressor for my srt4 only cost me $118.00 in the process of adding ac and powersterring for my srt4 waiting on tensioner now.... but the car I bought was already for track but hey if your going to drive it it's best to have ac even on the track or for scca road course can get super hot really fast. Especially with a helmet on....
I'm going to replace just the pulley on my serpentine belt tensioner. (The bearing is shot and squeals). Do you remember if that pulley bolt is right-hand threaded (lefty-loosey)?

I wish I could just buy the compressor.. my system has a leak under the dash and from what I’ve heard it’s very expensive and difficult to fix.

I think it was regular lefty loosey
How much was the tensioner?
Do you find where is coming from the whining noise?
Troylee Lopez it’s either my timing belt tensioner or just the timing belt itself. I’ve heard that some aftermarket belts make noise like that
Whining could be coming from the power steering
Sound like a bad cam barring
