Nice introduction to several things in Tianjin. Also good to know some of its history and its different architecture with the different buildings. It also shows how open minded and worldly outlook that you have. Makes me want to visit Tianjin one day. Excellent job on the video. Two thumbs up!

在天津待了四年，天津很漂亮，就是气候太干燥了让我这个南方来的有点受不了，所以毕业后就离开了。另外一点就是天津女的很好，男的让我感觉太爱吹nb了，做人不诚信，做事不实在，感觉很骄傲那一口天津味的话，有点自居于人上，可花钱吃饭结账时却又磨磨唧唧退缩于后，次数多了心底便看不起他们了，我遇到的也就那样，熟悉的不熟悉的大都留下不怎么好的印象，毕业后就删除了，但与有学问的天津老大爷交流还是很畅快的。不过女的很好，目前还保持联系，感觉比男的爷们，仗义！你要是男的那就不好意思了。😅😅我只是说出自己的感觉，希望你不要开口就骂，有则改之，无则加勉。
突然想到有一次大概是五一左右，我们在忙着做视频课程，然后与我舍友关系好的那两个本地人与我们一组了，他的另几个高中同学趁着快中午了过来蹭吃，美其名曰好久没见了过来看看。虽然这同学极力避免他们还是来了，故意忙到一点钟才去吃饭，点了一桌子菜，吃饱喝足了都坐在那里唠嗑，最后还是让我们三个外地的同学结的帐，过后也没讲事说还钱，钱不多但这种为人之道也是够了。他们真的是你们天津人的耻辱啊，平时与本地人一块儿聚过，但那次是第一次与那么多的人一起，感观不太好。不过我还是喜欢我认识的天津的女的，至少我请吃饭时她们会送我礼物，或者我帮了她们她们会请我吃个烤串，时间久了我真觉得我占了她们的便宜，后来都不好意思了，要不是天津人不外嫁，我真的想与天津女孩交往了。😅😅

解放后有几个城市不如原来地位高，天津、南京、武汉、沈阳，但谈不上败落。天津过去十年发展快，但转型做得不好，总想从重工业变成金融城市。其实重工业不过时，只要解决污染问题，只要有核心技术，重工业照样水平高。高端制造业天津有一些，如制药。信息产业方面，天津有中国几大超算中心之一和配套的飞腾芯片公司。三星虽然撤了，但三星电池和存储会在天津建厂。最重要的还是要发展本土的高科技产业，不能投机取巧，不能迷信金融业和服务业。
芯片半导体、存储、新能源车、电池（天津本身已经有力神）、高水平的化工、机器人、数控车床，这些都是天津可以根据中国产业升级做的布局。做好研发，吸引优秀内资，培育本土企业。
互联网之类能从北京吸引一些运营中心就可以了。互联网产业本身也比较虚，高端制造的研发部门也有提高收入水平的潜力。
