I bought one of this machine today, when i got home it is not sewing. I know that nothing is wrong with it but it seem as if i touched something that i should not have touch. The bobbin whiner is working perfectly. What should i do, take it back to the store?
I just opened this box, it was bought as a back up machine. Why does my thread break? It's getting frustrating to be sewing and suddenly the thread breaks.

Had to return my machine after only 2 months. The thread began tangling in the bobbin area. Very disappointed.
