He has provided Historical context that’s WRONG, he just mentioned lies and half truths that been spreading for centuries and it is called LA LEYENDA NEGRA the Black legend, I don’t blame him tho, many of my fellow Puerto Ricans are not aware of the U.S. manipulation of our History, the US will never admit they INVADED our homeland, the US will never admit they STOLE part of SPAIN because Puerto Rico was NOT a property of Spain, Puerto Rico Was and STILL is SPAIN our island has been under OCCUPATION for 124 YEARS

I was station in Japan when YHLQMDLG dropped and let me tell you. The amount of clubs and parties you would hear his music was astonishing. In 2022 for new years myself and a group of friends went to Tokyo and hit the clubs. They played yonaguni and the whole club was singing especially the last part in Japanese. A surreal moment. Crazy to see how far he’s come.

Your documentary is excellent. You made me cry. My motherland and my people are special. We joke about everything, even out of our sufffering to face life. We always help those in need. We welcome those visiting our patria and make them feel like family. That is who we are por siempre. This well thought out, introspective and succint documentary reminded ne of that.

I'm surprised how well you got the timeline right, I had to stop the video because at one point I was crying. María left so many scars and worst was the after math, but "estamos bien" was an anthem, of how grateful we were that we were still alive and with our families. Thank you for this. Benito represents our country and more importantly our culture. And thabk you again for shedding light on the current problems Puerto Rico is facing. ¡Nunca nos vamos a dejar!✊🏼

He is really making money and parterning brands and other musicians to make more money. Also, he is acting as expected for millenials enjoyment. Probably is interesting he took reggeaton for doing that, but there is no more to think or reflect on his music.

As someone who grew up in the lower 48, when I saw your video pop up I had only seen the name Bad Bunny a handful of times on spotify charts. By the end I had shed tears at the lives lost in the hurricane, head bumped to all of his tracks you featured throughout, rejoiced with the protesters after the governor's resignation, watched in awe and aspiration at his courage to dress in full drag for his video, and realized I was just watching with a smile by the end. I think you did his story justice. So much respect for him, and for Puerto Ricans as a whole. I can't believe I have never known about almost any of these things happening in Puerto Rico. You know, nobody comes to mind when I try to draw a comparison to an artist from the mainland US with a similar popularity who has done so much for their community and has pushed our cultures boundaries and opened the eyes of so many. What an amazing role model for the entire world.
