“I’ve drank enough whiskey to float a battleship around”.... one of the all-time greatest lines 💯

  • @johnbratmon6385

This, to me, is a perfect example of what made Skynyrd so great. Tight song structure, honest lyrics & vocals, blues-based lead guitar riffs, rhythm guitar & bass & drums locked in a platform for the lead to go off on from, hard rock without all the excess. In an era when rock acts were looking & acting outrageous like KISS, they were who they were & didn't try to be anything different; they were true to themselves. Refreshing & unique. And great music as well...

It's a shame artist's lived thru the crash with them but little girl Gary couldn't put his petty control issues aside in order to play together! They ain't gotta be buddies, at that point it was their job, I don't like people I had to work beside but it didn't affect my job. I
. It ain't Lynyrd Skynyrd anyway, it's been a tribute band since they got back together and now it is total Blasphemy by touring under the name and there ain't one real member. That's total disrespect to the ones who were killed in crash and to Billy, Leon, Gary and especially Artimus. They are steady raping fans of their memories and cash

Ronnie had a stage presence seldom equaled. And he really did nothing more than walk around barefoot with the mic, but he ruled his band with an iron fist - sometimes literally. He was one of a kind and his brother tries but he can’t equal Ronnie. Freddy Mercury was a showman and pranced around the stage and I agree he was great, but Ronnie was just Ronnie and that was all he needed to be. I miss him and the other original members who have passed on. They’ll never be equaled.

jason ferrell TRUE THAT!! I’m right here with ya too man...I’m about 5 minutes east of Sacramento!! I’ve been so “red pilled” since 2015, that sometimes I wish I never was at all!! Now I TOTALLY understand what the phrase “Ignorance Is Bliss” really means! The insanity and evil demonic blasphemous idolatrous debauchery being displayed across the USA, ESPECIALLY in California and abroad is EXACTLY what the Bible warned us about, RE: “The Last Days” before that great and terrible day of The Lord! This country and most others around the world are currently WAY beyond the lasciviousness and perversion of Sodom and Gomorrah, which caused God’s wrath to rain down on them with fire and brimstone like NOBODY has EVER seen since! God is still VERY MUCH alive and well, and He already told us what’s coming to this wicked generation. His final wrath will literally have people’s hearts failing them for the righteous and well deserved anger that God is about to rain down on these wicked nations, including ours! God Bless You, and May God Have Mercy On Us All! ❤️Much Love!
