Sophia you should live in Pompano Beach or Ft. Lauderdale. It sounds like it's more your style. Pompano Pier area is beautiful and quiet.. they even have yoga outdoors in the park. Lauderdale By the Sea is also a nice area. Our son lives in Pompano and we love visiting FL, plus we are close to Miami or Keys for a short trip. Something to consider.

Hey swoop and how would you do that as a New Yorker or what advice would you give the sisters?
Well It’s simple to tell you why I say that, As far as to give advice to the sisters, because so many people comment here it not practical.
Talking to them would be nice it would be awesome to talk to them.
Reality though I’m a little fish in a big pond of viewers why would they care to look at a the words of an unknown.
To hear if they read it is wishful thinking but it will be interesting if they do its like hitting the lottery but I’ll give you a short summary of why I say there game is weak.
First off, the way they discuss how they pick there dates it’s weak for two simple factor. One, there just picking guys and hoping one lands instead of befriending them in a group setting without dating them. Wanting to date someone should not be revealed right away.
Dating is like a card game you rush you lose, you lose face and time. Depending on the situation the loss could be big, It could be small. The best way to find the true nature of a person is to bind your time never revealing your hand till the last minute. That way you can properly gauge the situation to what you want and masterful play your hand.
Two, you gotta know your environments this is New York very beautiful place yet very dangerous.
There different parts of New York and different kinds of people in each part and different people that come out at different hours of the day.
If you go in the wrong area at the wrong time you can get easily be taken advantage of, followed by nuts or getting tricked and the good tricksters work in packs over there like wolves and they watch you for a while before they strike like a wolf.
In New York to find companions with good character over there, there trust must be earn through friendship in a group setting where there character can be drawn out. New Yorkers are not a trusting group, those that are they are quickly prayed upon.
One on one is not recommended till you see what is the pond you’re jumping in to, and you must see it with multiple eyes this is highly recommended.
Anyone can talk a good game but a smart New Yorker never rushes, he analyzes every report, every area otherwise you’ll be a dead duck.
That’s a short summary whether this is taken to heart it’s up to the reader.
