I resonate with all 3 piles and its all exactly how you read it. The one and others that put me through this knew who I was before I did. I didn't even know one can use someone's energy as their own. There was a soul contract made which made them stronger. But I never forgot who I was even though my heart was broken when she ghosted.(control tactic) it didn't make sense so I searched back through my life and found the triggers that related to this prison they put me in. I went to God. I recognized that my childhood traumas sent my life on a trajectory of fear ie worthlessness abandonment abuse rejection neglect etc. people pleaser and I didn't feel good about that.
