dont like the cab being so low. driven all types and it is better for the operator for the cab to be close to second height of stacked container

It only for empty container not for full cargo container??

This type of machine has about 25,000 lbs. load capacity. The heavy duty lift trucks that handle full cargo containers have a load capacity of 70,000-105,000 lbs. Generally speaking the loaded container handlers stack to about 4 container height. The largest empty container handlers are able to stack up to 9 high.You may be interested to know that the loaded container handlers lock onto the box from the top. Meaning the hydraulic spreader connects with all 4 of the top corner castings and then lifts. As you see in this video the empty container handler locks into the side of the box. The 2 different types of lift trucks are often called top loaders or side loaders.
