How expensive is a house like this (a simple floor plan) vs a stick built house?

Joe Stubbernubbensteingenson It's 2% higher priced than a normal stick house, but it will save you 40%-60% in utility bills since it is extremely energy efficient. I saw a video about it and the house they were building was 2000+sq and the worker said that the estimated energy cost for the house would be $400 a year. He also said they built a story a day. It is a very efficient and quicker way to build houses. My family and I are reconstructing a home this summer with sip panels and we think we can finish it in 2 weeks. I hope this information helped you!

Is this house a tornado-proof? Will this house be approved by the inspectors?

SIPS homes are more wind resistant than traditionally framed homes. You actually get architectural drawings signed off on by a certified engineer for your locale. Inspections actually go much easier during the framing stage. I am trying to finish a self build of my house. I used this company SIPSTeam USA and I am happy with the choice.

LOL Worked at Dept Labor as consultant. Basement was full of mold, elevators not working right, loose wires on floors, people at OSHA are mostly uneducated smooches, We don't need them
