I would love to own tarot of the unknown shadows after seeing your little flip through here. I usually work with celtic style or old US games system pip decks. This has triggered a curiosity. I was looking at steampunk style but this has blown me away. It is most definitely on my to own list. Thank you for all the decks you have shown here. Excellent, thanks! I agree, using a deck with unusual images does make you stop and think. An out-of-the-ordinary image catches you off guard and inspires you to see use a different lens. Your black and white decks made me think of one I recently bought from Etsy -- the Ze Tarot. The cards are smaller, just right, and the creator made the images using lino printmaking. The images draw you in and you see now what you didn't see a second ago :) And, this deck reads *perfectly* with the Spirit Doodle cards!
I enjoyed watching this video, I do find this kind of videos very relaxing, especially with your voice in the background. Sometimes I will turn a video on to help me fall asleep. From your desks I think I would include here the carnival at the end of the world. As to weird art work decks, you might want to have a (another) look at the Tarot del Fuego, it's definitely my favorite. And as to pip styled (mixed) decks I highly recommend the Golden Gomera Tarot, Renée has it as well. The German version is still available.

This was interesting to watch and your commentary about creepy decks made me laugh. For the same reason some people find the creepy decks challenging or interesting - for me even card with skeleton is no no lol
Was surprised to see the first deck had the titles in Hungarian too than I checked the etsy link and looks like the artist is Hungarian (by her name lol), so cool!

It's not popular, but I saw it again recently on Kickstarter and I HAD to back the second edition 🙈 it's weird for sure, but honestly I feel creeped out more by the memento mori or Tarot of curiosities... 😟 Are you going to do a deck study video for how you work with these "creepy decks"? Like later in the fall 🍂

The Mysteries of Mary deck looks wonderful. I can see why it would be great to use as more of an Oracle deck.
I find that both of that creator’s decks feel more like oracles to me. But I like that the tarot layer is there if I want it. 😁
